  1. I think they have -- you can now get a guest for any of top five -- but as I suspect your question might have been prompted by Kevin Doolan being 4th in Bandits' averages this month, you needn't worry, he's moved up to third in the pile as from June 1st. Meaning that, for r/r on Saturday, Bandits can use everyone except Spud for the skipper's races.
  2. You can do it with Management Committee's blessing. 'Nuff said?
  3. Charles Wright will certainly prove a (very) secret weapon for Bandits, but we do respect Trevor Geer as an excellent team manager.
  4. Very Impressive gesture by Facennas, as they'll presumably have to reimburse FIM for each ticket!
  5. As l wasn't in the country, l used Twitter to get blow-by-blow results on Saturday night. Did the job fine. Much faster than Proboards too, of course. If you want to know the race results even more quickly, you need to actually go to the meeting.
  6. Well, on the positive side, in 51 years of half a dozen promotions the only time the Bandits have failed to complete their league programme was the result of direct action by the-then Edinburgh owner (Parker) and not the promotion's willingness to go the distance.
  7. Love the term 'vigilante supporters'................
  8. His average will change (without waiting for a cut-off date) immediately he has completed four home/four away official (League and Shield only -- not KO Cup) matches. Might be a wee while yet?
  9. Re-run to be staged May 24th. BSPA getting tough? This means Sheffield's visit to Armadale's deferred, and Glasgow (who were supposed to be at home to Scunny) now don't have a home match that night.
  10. Edinburgh are running off-night this Saturday to accomodate Scunthorpe and complete their KO Cup quarter-final tie. May 31st was assumed to be the date to re-run the CS meeting, but if Glasgow can't make it then, maybe another off-night meeting can be arranged. It is certainly in the best interest of our sport, and our League's credibility, to push on with this last qualifier and allow the semi-finals to be organised as quickly as reasonably possible. PS: Is this all that relevant to the Newcastle/Glasgow thread?
  11. Back to Jedd List, or just do nothing?
  12. Bandits will unfortunately be without Coty Garcia for this one, following his broken-footrest crash on Saturday.
  13. I certainly get your point about how much fun you must be at parties. In my eyes, Berwick website gives the fullest match reports you could wish for from every meeting home and away -- I've just checked, to make sure they're there OK -- and as they fall in date order as they happen, it is pretty easy to follow. Wednesday's meeting will be on the website the same night, all being well. If the Bandits' site is providing too much information, then use the SGB website results, and download their centre-page results the day after each meeting?
  14. When a rider didn't previously have an average. In that case, it clicks in after he has done four home, four away.
  15. You need to look harder! Full reports on all matches, home and away with scorer details, are on club website. Click on 'NEWS' on the top bar of the homepage, and fill your boots!
  16. It is hardly the BSPA's fault that Workington dropped out, and left the groups imbalanced. The calculations that provide 'best runner-up' are pretty fair.
