Allegedly one of the proposal so so far is to not announce teams till the start of heat 4. To stop people printing their own score sheets off the Internet! My response is " You sad barstewards " Surely Speedway has alot bigger problems than that to be sorted out for heavens sake!

Steve, are you going to start a thread for 2015 yet as one or two have already been named as on board for their teams next year?

£16 at Ipswich + £2-50 for a programme, so if you want a drink and something to eat as well you can kiss goodbye to £25 for effectivly 15 minutes of entertainment! Far too much in my opinion but I love the sport so will no doubt continue to part with my hard earned to go.

What's wrong with keeping the team as near as possible is the fact that it's a nearly team that goes missing when the chips are down in the most crucial meetings . Im sure everyone wants their team to be as good and as competitive as possible and changes im afraid are necessary to achieve that ! Harsh as it may seem on some to win things you need riders who are going to up their averages and it appears alot on here agree that Rohan and Morten won't do that . Potential to up their game ? Tungate , no Risager , no Heeps , yes Manzares , yes Worrall , yes Hawkins , unlikely Ellis , not sure All about opinions as we know but the only ones I would definitely want in my team are the 3 yes's .

And which 2 would they be then in your opinion?

Did anybody who's on here actually go to the end of season party ? Also spent a little time going through some various other teams 2015 threads ( not all by any means , far too many pages ) , interesting to see a few of the current Witches riders seem to appear on several wish lists .

Surely 0.6 or 60% of his current average is added on to the 6.22 ? That's 3.73 added to 6.22 which equals 9.95 . It was always my understanding that it was done this way . Im probably wrong and it will be irrelevant anyway .

How do you get that figure? 6.22 is Rory Schleins final EL ave. Which makes 9.952 when you do the current valid calculation.

How about, assuming 42.5 limit Rory Schlein 9.95 Richie Worrall 7.32 Ricky Wells 6.46 Gino Manzares 6.02 Cam Heeps 5.38 Nico Covatti 4.21 That's 39.34 leaving 3.16 for the no7 spot Chris Mills 3 edit, he didn't finish on 3. Victor Palovaara 3 What would James Sergeant be on ? Or a national league future star. Harsh on some of current team but plenty of potential for most riders to up their averages.

I assume Ruml would come in on a 5 average ? If he came that is .

Yes Kevin Bacon saying we need a big hitter at no1 but also says come back next year Rohan. On 8+ he would have to fill that role and he's certainly not a big no1 yet.

Do you not have high hopes and ambitions for your team to be the best ? All im saying is with Tungate as the Witches no1 I will expect nothing more in 2015 than we've achieved this year and that is diddly squat ! I don't apologise for my opinion either.

The problem with Tungate that his style of riding is not conducive with passing . He picks all the wrong lines and although looking quick when in front he certainly doesn't when behind . To me an 8+ average for him is too high to take a risk with as a no1 for next season , but as we say it's all about opinions .

Quite how Tungate has increased his average to over 8 and take the no1 race jacket is beyond belief I think to most Witches fans . I don't recall many passes from him after the 1st bend , if he doesn't gate he doesn't win . Also now got himself a bad reputation for jumping the starts . Simply in my opinion he's not a PL No1 , whether that means he stays or goes is obviously up to the promotion . As I've previously said , we currently have a good team but not a great one and I think it needs freshening up with riders that can up their averages to hopefully win something next year .

I don't believe it's just Witches fans who think Danny King will be at Ipswich next year, his name is mentioned on one or two other teams threads and they all seem to have come to the same conclusion on his PL participation for 2015. Im also not sure where this has come from but he left on very good terms and certainly knows Foxhall well enough to do a job here so if he does come I wouldn't be too upset about it. Alot of course depends on what happens with regard to Birmingham, will they be back and in what league if they are. One thing is as others have said we seriously need a few more racers in the team who can cope with more of the tricky/different styles of tracks out there!

I think a non current Witch from the 16 lapper will definitely be on the radar for next year and also I think Chris Louis will have somebody up his sleeve that no one has mentioned so far couldwell be in the team.

I don't think anybody has mentioned the other up and coming American lad Max Ruml , the rumor is he has a pretty positive looking future in Speedway so why not give him a try ? Would probably come in on a 5 average . With Gino here he might be tempted .

Morten had had a decent season with the customary purple patch in the middle but goes missing at vital times. Surely Louis must consider this when he's putting together a team for next year?? (actually maybe not) Wells 6.46 Risager 7.36 I know who I'd prefer in my starting lineup.
