Witches Top 5's all riding well at the same time? We've had that, Not! from the Witches all season combined with virtually zero scoring reserves hence all the team changes. So we know how you feel only to well, but at least you're residing in the top six whereas a playoff finish for us is only a dream! Don't be too hard on your side, they ain't doing too bad.

As El Supremo of the updates I think Sue's in as I'm sure the cowbell noise making will continue now we've got her started!

You must come over to the back straight to say hello at some point and see what lunacy really occurs. I will however be temporarily missing for a meeting or three unfortunately, so if you do make it over I'm sure you will be welcomed in my absence.

I think we are now famous enough to have our own thread. (Or infamous enough if you happen to be a knitting zombie that we've driven away) I also believe we should make it a club where the main prerequisites are to be an active member of the BSF and also to have attended at least 3 home Witches meetings with some kind of noise making instruments at hand. Half/apprentice memberships will be granted to those that only fulfil at least two of the above criteria. Discussions on here should only be based on how we can increase our numbers, increase the noise levels and also improve the atmosphere further especially that we now seem to have the approval of the riders, management and presentation team! How many more can we get to join Massif then before the end of the season? That's the million dollar question. Was great having Sue there making her debut, didn't take her long to become as noisy as the rest of us! Shame I've got to miss a few home meetings really. Was another good atmosphere last night, only downer being Danyons injury which meant a busy night for Joe. I only realised this morning that Plymouth didn't provide a single heat winner, that doesn't happen very often especially at Foxhall, no wonder it was such a resounding victory. Was also a nice touch by Ben to allow Danny past in heat 13 to keep up his streak of heat wins at home. Onwards and upwards for the Witches!!!

I don't really think Plymouth were up for this one tonight once they saw the track , plenty of head shaking on the track walk . So the newly crowned PL 4's champions were brought down to earth with a bang , big time! Great performances all round from the Witches , and really nice that the riders now seem to be acknowledging and appreciating the existence of the now World famous Massif! In town it's absolutely peeing it down, if it's like this at Foxhall there won't be any speedway to watch let alone worry about traffic.

Intermittent rain and the potential threat of a thunderstorm must make track prep difficult on a day like this, currently raining in town :-(

I suppose being by the start line you can also give the ref a bit of gip when he/she makes bad decisions? Actually it's probably a good job us lot ain't over there, we'd probably get slung out and banned!

He's not riding till the weekend in the World cup so I don't really see why he shouldn't ride for us, apart from the rain. Question is will he save his best bike for Saturday and use his 125cc on Thursday?

I'm not liking the look of the weather forecast for Thursday, lots of the wet stuff moving across the country in the next couple of days interspersed with thunderstorms! Maybe we could use the lightning to power some electric instruments! Anyone got a marquee we could put up to keep the Massif and noise makers dry?

Didn't realise Tungate was guesting when I started the thread, I'm sure he'll feel that he has something to prove and Lanham at reserve will certainly make it harder for young Danyon to score a few. Could be an interesting meeting.

Don't Poles have to change their licence to ride in the Premier League? And doesn't this stop them then riding in Poland, or is this another rule change alot of us don't know about?
