  1. Nigel Pearson has just been on BBC WM and says Perry Barr is not an option unless the Brummies have a team riding there also. Not sure if there will be a link anywhere online for the interview.
  2. Thats the way i used to go Greyhound, never had any problems with traffic in the time we rode at Perry Barr!!
  3. I for one would like to hear from Ladbrokes, it was only 12 months ago that CVS said there would be no issue in us moving upto the premier league and riding upto twice a week if needed.
  4. Looks like the future of the club is in doubt again unless we can find a new home, Perry Barr maybe? http://www.cradleyheathens.co/news.php?extend.1143
  5. Losing Worrall is a massive blow for us, can only imagine that we will bring in Halsey or Jacobs for the second leg if either are available!!
  6. Dan Halsey rides as a guest for Worrall and R/R for Nathan Greaves
  7. He had a second place in his first ride and retired in his second so doubt he would have been pulled out of the meeting unless he was injured. There was a someone limping around in the pits area but couldn't see clearly if it was Nathan from my position (Poor light and dodgy eyes I'm afraid!!)
  8. Coventry are looking strong for 2014, a great signing in Stefan to ride at no.1 and a solid looking middle order.
  9. Dan has just confirmed via instagram that he will be riding for Coventry Storm in 2014, all the best to him!!
  10. I dont think you would have been far off there and all riders would have been able to improve there own averages!! I feel for Dan as he was looking back to his best in the second half of last season after dropping down to reserve but these things happen!! I'm glad that it looks like Nathan Greaves is also going to be given another go despite some struggles around Monmore last season!!
  11. Cradley have confirmed Dan Greenwood has been released after Brady Kurtz made unavailable to ride National League!! http://www.dudleyheathens.co/news.php?extend.951
  12. Very happy with the signing of Steve Worrall and with it looking like Max Clegg & Tom Perry will be back in Heathens colours a pretty solid start to the team building!!
  13. A superb and throughly enjoyable meeting between to hard but fair racing sides and the 13 point lead sets us up perfectly for the second leg tomorrow. Full credit to Ash Morris & Lewis Kerr on some awsome racing especially heat 15!! Just hoping that this the Heathens year and the memories of last year can be put to bed!! Ommer Um!!
  14. He's had a great start to the National League season with Dudley, i've been impressed with him!!
  15. Always rated Adam as a rider, was suprised he never made the permanent step up during During 2010 or 2011!!
  16. What happened to Adam Allott?? Did he retire??
  17. All the best for the future James. A genuine nice guy that seemed to struggle in a very strong team, thanks for your efforts in 2012!! Ommer Um in the Moto-X!!
  18. A good solid 1-7, got to be one of the favourites to win some trophies come october 2013 already
  19. Smarty was a great skipper for us in 2010 but looked well off the pace during last seasons golden hammer, hope he can get back to his best though!! Good luck Lee.
  20. Any ideas on who will be announced tomorrow? Heard Brendan Johnson from a couple of different people!!
  21. Byron & Nigel have confirmed on twitter that Bekker wont be a Heathens rider for 2013!! @bekker33: Looking for a club still as it looks like I can't fit into the heathens for 2013. Gutted but made a lot of good friends and met great people @nigelpearson: @bekker33 you did us proud mate and were a delight to deal with. Welcome back anytime. Good luck with the recovery.
  22. Me too Martin!! He was in great form before his injury and was improving all the time, would be a shame to see him miss out.
