  1. It's a fans forum and if craig took it the wrong way I will apologise to him when I see him next
  2. That was not my first comment if you look I praised him for his first 2 corners and that was a simple question nothing goading there is there I did say moaned but what other word would you use as I said to blobby a simply answer would have been ok but brought my son into it was well out of order and I think if he had won it he would not have said a word
  3. With the new set up at ashfield there is. Lot more confided spaces and no where they can really go imagine a dog there yesterday you could not swing a cat no pun intended
  4. I never posted anything or shouted on the forum about him winging and moaning I actually praised his second ride on my first comment and said if the result was the other way around would we have had all these people moaning then he came back with his remarks about my son I never said anything wrong did I and I am a speedway fan for both scottish teams not just Glasgow
  5. The answer was well out of order and No I got the wrong answer simple he could have said no matter how many tear off you had on it would have made no difference I never goaded him that's why I put the smileys after it and sorry if he took it that way no other rider posted anything they just got on with it Poor show from him
  6. A simple question with a smiley face yes but the reply from a pro rider your so called team captain towards my son about going home in the back of a ambulance a rider who he looked up to and who had nothing to do with it and you think that's ok then your are as bad as him how can you defend that he could have came back at me and think he will be brought up for it too and his first post. hilarious nearly as funny as watching my son ride trying to get round a speedway track with a smile a thumb a poo great is it
  7. Deker I just asked a simple question to cookie if he had won his first race would he have moaned about it if you go that far out to pass someone on a track that's wet you will get filled in on any wet day But he spat his dummy and he took it out on my son another rider that never even said anything that's a real professional and captain of your team shocking I had a lot of time for cookie as he helps the juniors at track days but think he will go down on a lot of people estimations with that remark and think he will be pulled up for it too Think he will regret it in the morning when he sobers up I was on the spanners in the Glasgow pits and I can tell you no Glasgow rider moaned about the track they just got on with it like the rest of the Monarchs sam masters a real racer made the track look easy to ride if you think that's good words from your captain you are as bad as him
  8. First race was always going to be wet but got better as the meeting went on times were not that bad either shame that the rain came on again just As ht 11 finished it would have been a cracking ht 13-15
  9. yes all corners are wider infact the complete track is wider by over a meter on the straights and a meter and a half around every corner now has plenty racing lines
  10. Another big announcement coming today just wait for it
  11. I read Cookie has been in Poland with his polish team squad at their training camp and been doing pretty well as he is in the team for there first 2 meetings
  12. Ryan fisher just tweeted about getting his visa today @Fishdogg36: Back in uk can't wait to get started this season started!✊
  13. If he had stayed on he would have scored a lot more points he tries too hard it' was difficult for most of the scunny lads last year with no one able to guide/help them at all and all but a few in there first year of nl racing and seeing tracks for the first time most of them had only ridden scunny and there local track doing second halfs and being in a team that will be competitive also helps
  14. Liam Sanderson would hold his own at reserve in the nl I watched him every meeting he rode in last year lots of raw talent that just needs to be set in the right direction and with a few reserves that are only just moving up to nl this year from MDL/NJL he would be a good choice good equipment also which helps
  15. What Stewart dickson said was every team that wins the league seems to have a bad financial year the following year and maybe that if every promotor/ team put something into a pot and split between say the top 4/5/6 whatever it would help balance it out as surely every promotor thinks that they will win the league at the start of the years with the team they put together and would also give them something to look forward to rather than winning every meeting 60-30 and thinking that's a big payout that night and know that you are losing money every meeting but knowing that if you win the league at least you have something waiting to cover all these loss,s
  16. Arthur was at Redcar yesterday with josh bates having a practice he looked quick but not as fast as josh Likes a wheelie or 2 think he will be a bit of a showman lol
  17. At the Glasgow tigers night last night and it was said that the paperwork for visa,s are done in the Philippines but the rider now has to have his fingerprint taken now in Brisbane before visas granted according to Kozza smith,s agent, Kozza has himself employed a lawyer to sort it out and also paid for it to be fasttracked and it will hopefully be sorted in 5 days also there are 2 types of visas tier 2 and tier 5 Kozza is applying for tier 2 but don't really know what the difference is sure someone will
  18. sure Justin qualifies with being in the the top 4 of state championship anyway and for someone to put 2 pts on there average after a year out is pretty good
  19. think they would have to return to apply for this years visa then as I am pretty sure you need to be there in person to apply
  20. were talking about modern day riders are we not Kozza had a average of over 7 when he finnished the last season he races here and will come back on that I don't see how a year out will make you less a rider than before just look what sam masters and Justin sedgeman achevied with a year out
  21. even if he takes 1-3-10 year break he will still come back on his last average he ride on so can't see any problem with how long he takes out
  22. From what was in the SPeedway star the new owners gerry and Michael along with there marketing team from allied all went down to poole with Gordon pairman to speak to their marketing team about all this and seem to have learnt a lot so hopefully we have great things to come
  23. If mason had not got injured in the b final which was not his fault and finished the meeting in the Aussie state titles he would have came min 4th which would have been enough
  24. It's not always the fastest bike that wins if the motor is too strong will spin too much ,if it's too slow not spin enought it's all about getting the set up right for each race and thats where experience come into it
  25. Pretty sure smog has been playing chinese whispers nothing near the prices let's think of a number then double it lol
