  1. Does Steve not do the track at worky on a Saturday night anyway ?
  2. Clubs or the bspa owning engines will never happen it's too expensive for a start and why should they its the riders equipment to supply and maintain themselfs if they can't afford it then chuck it in and get a proper job like they did years ago when it was a hobby where you arranged around days off and hoildats , most clubs struggle every year and i don't think they can afford another expense ,Clubs need to kept a tight budget and live within that budget rather than give riders what they want offer what you can afford if he says no move on to the next one but every club needs to do it that way the promotors will eventually have the upper hand rather than the rider it will be better for clubs this year with so many riders not having team place with the rule changes and I have even been told a good few clubless riders are asking for less than they got last year just so they can get a team spot rather than miss out
  3. That's about the same price of a new ash-tech engine lol I spoke to David Howe a while back at scunny when he was testing the Rev limiter for himself said it was fantastic out of the start when he eventually got it set up for him I think it was set for just over 13000 rpm he tried it higher and lower but the power was to much and just spun up or anything lower just never pulled him off the gate but much would depend how the rider sets his clutch up what the starts were like think ryan Douglas used them also , no two riders will have the same setup ,you could put 2 GP riders on the exsact same engine and do four laps and both would probably change different set ups to make it easier for them to ride it the way they want ,it would also depend how and where they want to ride on the track inside or way out in the deep stuff if there is any dirt on the track some rider have different engines for different tracks some now are using long stroke offsets I never even knew you could get such a thing but they are out there make the tracks concistant that would help
  4. Pretty sure the team was all picked and signed as soon as the teams ave was announced
  5. It's really only 1.5 if your bringing in a 2 pointer pretty sure Richie will be there along with Nike and pretty sure they will put something on there ave along with Arron and Richard who we get to fill the rest of the team will be hard but every team will be in the same boat
  6. Would have Coty Garcia at 6 4.2 pretty sure he would score a barrel at reserve
  7. Rob always seems to pick up a bad injury mid season riding in the NL and never seemed to get going after and pretty sure he would do well at berwick he has really good machinery which always helps ,I would have him before a few riders that have been around the NL and only really been racing NL for 3 seasons ,I would also try to fit Coty in pretty sure he will put another point and a half on his average this year where ever he goes to
  8. Tim Webster ? See he is doing the Scunthorpe amature meeting next week
  9. Artur said at the last Glasgow meeting he was hoping to get back to road racing next year would be a great loss over here
  10. the 2 pointers are riders that rode pl this year and not put anything on there average new riders will come in on a 3
  11. Spoke to dan today at Glasgow practice and he was more pissed off with his broken collar bone but can't wait to get back on a bike
  12. Pretty sure he would have had a few sore ones when he was riding motocross and will be back stronger lads a born racer
  13. It's ok scoring plenty in the NL but any new rider moving into the pl will find it hard no matter who they are I would rather have a kid that's done a year and experienced all away tracks and josh did OK around Scunny against other 3 pointers and coming back as a 2 pointer is a no brainier really
  14. Once a fortnight guess we will have to run all year round we can't get all the matches in when we ride every week one rain off could mean no meetings for a month
  15. You got to think the first signings would be Richard and Nike and Arron as they are club assets and with jack smith being there last week pretty sure he will be our new number 7 add in dan Bewley as that's a good rumour also think Kyle Newman and jack holder are riders that will put points on there current ave but like most team no one knows what the team limits will be so let's keep guessing
  16. The big screen will be on a trailer complete with generator and can be dissmanteled in a matter of hours so can it be moved, anywhere but knowing the way they work this will not just be for the speedway it could be pulled to the front of the stand for film/GP nights concerts and can be hired out for advertising it's the biggest mobile screen in the uk just under 10 Mtrs wide x 5mtrs height
  17. Will be the first name on belle vue team sheet
