  1. https://britishspeedway.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/c23_issue_17.pdf latest green sheets
  2. pretty sure being a accessed 4 he can’t drop below that in the latest green sheet he is still a 4 Claus has put .69 on his starting ave marcin has put .94 so both have been scoring over there ave
  3. most of riders during the track walk were talking about what would be best set up for the meeting marcin had a note of what he used there last time so he went with that but from ht1 ,you could see they were all struggling to get out the gate even chris was struggling for grip and marcin's bike was also just spinning too hard in his first race but he made a few changes after talking to a few team mates for his 2nd ride ride was a little better but lacked speed then he tried to flatten it off a bit for his 3rd but it ended up too flat and wouldn’t pull off the corner .we were going to try his other bike but never got his 4th ride but that’s speedway ,i have never seen so many tool box’s and google’s getting chucked about the pits in a meeting , the poole riders just seemed to have the perfect set up to get out the gate which you would expect riding it every week and then ride the right line so made it really hard to pass
  4. think ben has really upped his riding since he has teamed up with his new mechanic Nathan Stoneman in both leagues but here’s hoping it’s a decent score to make it go down to last Ht at Glasgow
  5. if it’s off tomorrow can poole change the 2nd leg on Wednesday back to league meeting so that they can get the 2nd leg of the final
  6. bad visibility was what caused it and really they could have held off the start to see if the weather was going to ease up
  7. should never have started from what i was told by a few riders
  8. no it’s up to the mechanic to put it on the bike the machine examiner will inspect it in the pits along with the bike whether it’s on the bike or not it usually the last thing the mechanic does after warming the bike up as it’s pretty hard to start the bike off the back wheel with it on
  9. it’s been minimal rain at the track and they have not been putting much water on durning the day so a few showers will do the track good
  10. i think Sam Jensen would probably come over no probs but would need a visa which will cost a lot of money would they fund it
  11. Ben now has Nathan Stoneman working full time for him they seem to get on really well together
  12. transponders won’t detect if a rider moves before tapes they just give lap times and who passes the line first
  13. nathan won’t ride again think his shoulder problem is worse than expected and is now full time mechanic for ben basso
  14. not many 2 pointers out there i would have offered spooner first does put lasse to reserve thou
  15. nothing against Dale having seen him ride will really struggle
  16. www.edinburghmonarchs.co.uk/news-centre/article/2023-05-31/stellar-monarchs-make-team-changes
  17. next time you see riders on a track walk watch them pick up stones and other things off the track i have picked up nuts and bolts washers walking the scunny track plus they use a different shale at peterbrough maybe it’s not screeded before it’s put on the track it doesn't need to be big to inflict damage it’s the speed at which it hits you
  18. most weekends but mainly based midlands durning the week
  19. pretty sure they will stick with him
  20. when is Thomas H Jonassons ban up
  21. if you listened to DK interview on the track walk he said going into bend 3 there is a slight camber and if you end up over that it will drag you towards the fence Steve could have backed off but left it too late and tried to lay the bike down
  22. don’t think so pretty sure he would come in on a 2
  23. thought that’s why riders now have transponders even thou this year is trial only ,all riders have been told they must be fitted to their bikes this year for all meetings
