  1. Great team effort. Bjerre has been faultless so far, but an off night and others step up
  2. Even more so on the 'Karlsson corridor'. Once again we threw points away last night by letting it happen. Wolves is nicely prepared and that's great for the riders, but the bikes these days need big open spaces to work well and that makes tracks like wolves a real challenge to ride on. You've got to turn yourself inside out sometimes to keep it on the kerb.
  3. His motor sounded horrendous both on Friday and last night. Welcome Proctor. Certainly strengthen's wolves
  4. It's not and that's going to keep the sport here at the level it is, if your happy with that then good for you 👍 In a perfect world and with hundreds of millions I'd knock down every stadium and build the whole thing again.
  5. Steve if you give me your address I'll post the Peter Craven memorial DVD to you, then you can watch a meeting with 'plenty of passing' 😂😂 That meeting raised the bar for me. It's the best speedway meeting I've ever witnessed either live or on the TV. It's quite possibly influenced my judgement I'm not sure why people introduce the old circuit when we are not talking about it? It doesn't enhance your argument. For the record the place was a dump and the track was poorly prepared. I'm not preaching, just pointing out that the NSS should be the example to follow. The whole package. It's basically a Polish experience in the UK.
  6. Nobody is going to convince me that last night's meeting was decent. It wasn't. It was gate and go, apart from 2 heats. Well prepared it may be, but last night was boring.
  7. That all sounds a little sour. I don't think anyone has suggested that. The NSS is probably in the 5 top tracks in the world. This isn't about my daddy will beat your daddy, it's about using it as an example to move the sport forward in the UK.
  8. It's well prepared wolves, but it's a specialist track. Most passes are the direct consequence of a mistake. I didn't enjoy that one bit tonight. It was crap. I've just got home and put the PC DVD in to watch some proper racing.
  9. Apart from 2 races, it was poor. I worry for the standard some people expect if they think that was good racing. A lot of BV fans have really high expectations now, given what is put in front of them every Friday.
  10. I was also there. The racing was terrible. I pointed as much out to a Wolves fan, he wasn't impressed.
  11. I see your thinking Steve and I'd agree on paper, certainly at the start, you'd look and think potential. But Bewley is delivering. He's actually proving that potential every meeting. He's averaging 6 for Glasgow from 2nd string in his first full season of PL. Beat Andersen this year. Little things like that. I think people look at that baby face and seriously underestimate him. He's a smiling assassin I think Smith is a better example of potential. He's chipping in with points, nothing major, but you can see he will make it if he applies himself and given the right guidance. I think Bewley will go into 2nd string at some point this season. Sedgman will drop to reserve. You heard it here first
  12. Bewley will average close to 11 this season. With respect to the NL, he's a million steps ahead of it. My concern is he will run himself into the ground with so many meetings. He's not just doing 3 leagues he's taking guest bookings as well. The way started for Glasgow and BV he's probably earning more than enough. NL is a development league. Dan is already developed past it, at just 17!
  13. I think one or two have underestimated belle vue s reserves this season. 15 point max for Bewley tonight. Popping wheelies on the back straight he was that far ahead. Clegg and Greaves will have no answer. (I hope) Wolves top 5 are different gravy at home, so it will be a tough meeting. I'd have took a point before a wheel was turned this season but the way we've started I think BV really need to be looking at winning this meeting. I think run out is apt. It's one meeting I know, but you could see last year he was showing signs in the PL that he was probably going to be a step ahead of the NL this year. He could burn himself out with the all meetings. He's been putting in good scores for Glasgow from 2nd string and critically he's winning races whilst doing it. Early I know, but he's far far too good for the NL.
  14. Stellar effort from your super duper number 1.
  15. This deserves more than 3 pages!! Stary is hooked good and proper with this one. Keep it going, please, I beg you all!
  16. The track was grippy in the first half of the meeting. Always helps the away team when it rains. A wet/grippy NSS is definitely it's weak point. Not soaked, but enough to bring the grip out and it gets pretty processional to be honest. When it's slick it produces good racing.
  17. He's trialing a different engine from BMW is that right? Cost him and his team today. Very poorly motor.
  18. It's very simple. :Krystof Kasprzak could have made BOTH meetings. It has been proven already that there were flights. Flights that were not full. :Based on that, and the postponement of his Polish fixture, the facility should have been removed. I couldn't give a flying f##k whether Poole supporters believe it made you weaker or stronger, or if you believe other teams should be thankful because had he ridden you'd be further clear at the top. Non of that matters, and for the final time that ISN'T the argument. You were given a facility you were not entitled to. That is all there is to it. You, along with 3 or 4 other Poole fans on here, are just prize lemons. Do you not see how arrogant that post is? Do you not get it?
  19. Assaults? You do know what one of those is? You mean insults don't you? Daft I said. It's hardly an insult really. Quite ironic too given you've just called a group of people muppets
  20. Cook is a weird phenomenon in that he genuinely does ride for the badge. Got a long affiliation with the club now, I'd find it really difficult watching him race elsewhere in the top league.
  21. Have you always been this daft, or is just something you've tried recently?
  22. Hahaha! If I was standing in front of you now, I'd be holding my hand out for a nice easy bet, that Kasprzak will not finish the season with you 😉
  23. You are aware it was called off, right? LOL. You'll be making changes very soon Shovlar!
  24. The arrogance of your fan base is beyond belief! You sad, sad group of people. If your so called number 1 could be arsed it might have been different. Who knows, maybe the other 6 riders can't get along with kk, perhaps they don't like him? You never know!
