Yet he’s ahead of both of them. Sometimes people make themselves look absolutely pathetic because, for whatever reason, they don’t like a certain rider. How any rider that has done nothing but progress can give you a ‘feeling’ that he will not progress in the future, well only you can explain that because it’s utterly weird.
-
I’m sorry but that’s completely ridiculous. Hes been progressing YOY since he joined BV. Have a look at Masters in the same time frame. That you would even consider comparing those 2 displays an acute lack of speedway knowledge.
-
Correct
-
Had masters been at number 1 for the time Fricke was you could shave a point of it. At least. Its not a reasonable thought process at all. Taking 2 averages but choosing to ignore where they ridden in their respective teams is silly and is only done to emphasise your point. Those two riders are not even in the same postcode.
-
Which is factually incorrect. In a number of ways. He is already ahead of masters by the preverbial mile. He’s also ahead of Jack and about on par with Brady. If you have a look through some averages and their respective international standing you will get all the info you need. Essentially that entire post is based on a hunch, which renders it completely irrelevant.

Don’t think there is a lot wrong with his gating. He was consistent in the uk last season. But poor in Poland.
-
It does look that way unfortunately. I think a few Ipswich fans are hanging on for an international number 1 calibre rider.
-
I have no superior knowledge. I was being very general with that statement.
-
Indeed. If we ridden on paper tracks we may as well close the betting on Peterborough. Of course in reality, and to those with a little more knowledge, know that it won’t necessarily play that way on the track ;-)

I think its a decent team. Excellent top 2, solid 2nd strings and good reserves. Lots of potential improvements as well. For me both BV and Poole look very similar.

Belle Vue Poole Wolves Swindon Peterborough Kings Lynn Ipswich

Conversely you appear unwilling to accept that they are not of similar ability. Lets just agree to disagree.
-
Ok

There is nothing angry about asking someone to block me if they don’t agree with an opinion. This is a forum. It’s all about discussion. Which is all I’ve done. Rather than call me out for being repetive, discuss the team. If someone disagrees then challenge. All ive had is its repetive. That’s cool. If people find it that way then just ignore it.
-
Im not sure how you contrive such an opinion but hey ho. Whatever floats your boat.
-
On a multitude of occasions but then I’m not here to justify myself to you or anybody else. Who do you think you are?
-
I’m sure Peterborough will be very strong at home.
-
Then block me.
-
Then put me on ignore. Really not bothered. This is a forum for discussion and discuss I will.
-
This is a forum. If you don’t like my opinion. Block me. Pretty straight forward.
-
I’ve always thought that and am not at all displeased with his departure. He’s not as good as he thinks he is.

What I see is an ageing Chris Harris on a ridiculously high average. I also see a Hans Andersen who is nearing the end of his career. I see in Cook a rider that is just your average Joe, he will do what Craig does with little improvement in that average. The same with Wright. Just a run of the mill rider. In Barker they have a rider who is also at the end of his career and is nothing like the rider he once was. In Lasse, potential improvement. In BWD, a huge potential. Im not saying Peterborough are a poor team, far from it, and in a 7 team league they will be in a play off conversation. What I’m saying is that so far, imo, Wolves/Belle Vue/Swindon are all better teams with much more scope to improve.
-
He’s the consummate pro. It was just bad luck. Not his time but it will come.
-
I can’t deny their averages are similar but I can argue that theoretically they are, and that’s because of the position they were riding in their respective teams. Sam has an inflated average. That they are so close when you consider max was a number 1, I think that paints a more accurate picture.
