What are you talking about? I called the Ipswich team wrong last season, as did many others. I'm quite willing to accept that. This forum is full some really, really strange human beings.
-
It’s a half decent team. Never winning the league though.
-
Welcome to society What you’ve said pisses me off as well but more than that, is that their voice will likely be heard. We would all love to come on here and pass such comments off as dismissive but the world today doesn’t work like that. Its contradictory but it matters not today. They will be heard.
-
Sorry Steve, but it certainly wasn’t with ease. It was 2 points and frankly, that away win at BV on a wet track without max fricke essentially got you in. You did it so fair enough, but let’s not move out of the reality of what actually happened.
-
Perhaps diabolical was a strong sentiment in context but I stand by what I’ve said. I think lynn have the weakest team. A decent top 2 but far too prone to cock ups below it. They won’t travel well and that puts pressure on home results, where imo they will drop points to better teams. I think it’s a team built on the cheap with a potential view to play off contention if everything works. The issue is I don’t think everything will work. Horses for courses at the end of the day. Who knows, it may well be okay. Stranger things have happened

The middle order is temperamental at best and that is going to hurt Kings Lynn. I agree, generally, that they be will strong enough at home but imo they will still lose meetings around the AFA to the better teams. There is a very prevalent and clear lack of ambition in the recruitment process and I think most lynn fans can associate with that. I would have kept MPT and lost all of Kerr/Jorgensen and Riss. Easier said than done I know and cost clearly has played a part here, but it has at Peterborough too with the same man having the purse but it looks like they will have a better team.

Bless.

The level of stupidity is absolutely criminal on here sometimes.
-
Wolves will be quite a chunk under the limit, but still a sight better than KL imo.
-
You don't half post some absolute tripe.
-
I think the thing with this Lynn team is that we already know what will happen. Proctor was absolutely woeful last season, Jorgensen and Kerr were useless on the road. That middle order is piss easy to get at and they don't have a strong enough top 3 to bail it. With the introduction of the German, questions can now also be asked about the quality they have at reserve. There is a reason that the away form for KL was so poor last season, and essentially those riders have been re-recruited. Indeed, the one that should have stayed has gone! Quite honestly I think it's a diabolical team and depending on the completion of the Peterborough team I fully expect the stars to be propping up the division.
-
Swindon and Belle Vue, who are the teams to beat imo.
-
Belle Vue the weakest? What have you been smoking?
-
Andersen will put a point on, then move up to to the heatleader positions and subsequently lose it again. He's on the decline now is Hans, had some bad injuries. Peterborough could potentially build quite a solid team here. No stand out riders but a strong chain. Not compete I know but I can as can many, pretty much guess. Don't know where to put them.
-
A nice solid team again, although question marks at the top end. I'd imagine it's holder in which case pretty similar to last season, probably marginally better.
-
Will barely score a point on the road and there are at least 2 teams that will win at the AFA. Imo the worst team announced so far. Very underwhelming and disappointing.
-
Nice to see Jaimon going well. Finally have some strength at reserve now
-
So what’s the issue with the British Final? Seems it’s awaiting confirmation

Dan is spending a lot of time out in Australia this winter. He looks relaxed, fit and focussed. There are 2 things he needs to get better at quickly for me. He needs to learn to gate, that holds him back massively. He also needs to be stronger on the bike. Before the crash, I thought he was quick and classy but timid. Something woffinden had clocked and put out there as well. His weight and ability are key things, if sorts the above 2 out he will do very well.

It's an easy money spinner. The business man in me says just do it. The speedway fan says don't be stupid. It's one of the tracks in the world, I wouldn't to ruin it with cars. As has been said though, the 4g pitch will ensure it never happens and that is used every single day.
-
Good news about the track. With those proposed changes that is going to be one almighty circuit
-
Very poor. 2 new riders to the league and another who hasn't done shale consistently for 6 years. No number 1. No 2nd heatleader. Main thing is that Newcastle are still alive, though. It's a team and that's better than nothing.
-
Lots of variables there but I agree. I expect all those named above will improve their averages The biggest variable for me is PK. If he gets back to anything like his old self we have pulled a cracker and I think we will be the strongest team in the league. If he doesn't then that's another story.
-
Chris wasn't on the decline in 2017 and 2018, he was a heatleader in those seasons and improved on his 2016 figure. I don't agree that bomber has been on the decline for a few seasons, the numbers say that started last season and this season he will likely be a 2nd string as a consequence. We agree he is on the decline, however we clearly disagree as to when that actually started. The numbers say last season.

You only need token points on the road DC, and that BV team is more than strong enough to do that. The key is your home form and that 7 will go very well around BV.
