Think newcastle look favorites... When tabaka finally moves up they wont have a high scoring reserve. I think a lot of people including myself tipped fricke for great things but so far hes not lived up to his assessed figure i dont think. Newcaslte look the teamto beat to me as long as they all remain fit

Burmeister would be an appauling signing. Manzares would be the better option What a shocking move to replace Nielsen, his scores at home at least have been quite solid so fail to see how replacing him with edberg whos confidence is shot to pieces will make them stronger? Or perhaps edbergs old mans purchasing seven sets of kevlars for the lions?

British Final 13th May 2013
Pinny replied to mdmc82's topic in Speedway Testimonials & Individual and Shared Events
What a suprise winner! Was always going to win with him being in such form. Still the same old top three though. Proves they are still the best trio britain have to offer. -
Rye House V Sheffield (koc 1st Leg)... 11th May @ 8pm

Always seems to be troubles where this boys concerned. The bspa stood their ground and should be applauded in this instance. -
Anything is possible in speedway, charlie gjedde was only signed by newport as a temp replacement for kyle legault whilst he was injured yet he stayed on board all season...

Maybe hes riding david howes bikes?

More chance of a dead man porking cheryl cole internetman.

Kennett and aspegren would be favorites surely if they were to ride?
-
Just caught up with this topic. Why on earth would Lynn want to get rid of Alden, hes been flying all season no matter the position hes riding in. Id have to get rid of Howe, a pathetic signing from the off . Klindt had been terrible but a good talking to and a spell at reserve would of done him the world of good, i expect him to go well for Peterborough now hes ended up there and his foreign scores are improving. If you replace Howe with Andersson you wont get near the EL title. You need a solid six pointer.

Very fair point eddie but it leaves my earlier question unanswered - how come away riders find it easy enough?
-
He has been moaning about the track, wrong size and all that nonsense... He did it last week and done it this season, did he make the same comments when he posted high scores last season? The problem is clearly not the track - away teams certainly seem able to ride it.
-
What a great, constructive reply.

What was he doing then? From the comments ive read here, it seems he was

In fairness its the same in any sport, you have fans unhappy with certain peoples performances and have to expect them to air their views. The berwick track is reportedly better than ever now though - so its a bit of an insult to the promotion for a three point reserve to start slagging the track off. I think it would be best for all concerned at berwick if edberg was to be released... He cant keep blaming his scores on the track. Its been roughly the same ever since it opened has it not?

Thats rolling averages. His 2013 average alone is below 4.00 a meeting, or was last time i looked.

Chris Harris Cardiff Wild Card
Pinny replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
The authorities were clearly worried top riders wouldnt take part until the final line up was confirmed hence the news of harris' wild card being announced after the final line up was sorted Shocking decision... Since the wild card place has been a prize we have seen superb british finals with all top riders going for it Now harris is out of the gp lineup fulltime they stop the highest finisher out of gps from getting the wildcard... Coincidence? I dont think so Hope harris gets five fat zeros and proves what a joke this decision is -
Gothenburg Gp Saturday 4th May 2013

No fan of Tai but its superb to see a brit mixing it at the top Still baffled as to how he got invited back for the rerun of the semi... Completely took pedersen out. Should of been excluded without doubt Not sure on Ward but id put money on nicki lining up for the next gp... Still in with a big shout this year, two rostrums and a semi final to his name. Cant rule him out. -
Aspegren has always been inconsistent, awesome to watch when in full flight, some of his passes are unreal, but hes prone to go through spells with low scores with the odd good ride. The woeful score from Morris cost the bandits lastnight but three home defeats already doesnt look good , if ashworths out long term then a replacement needs to be found. As proved lastnight guests canot be relied on every meeting

You sure his average is that high?

Sheffield Vs Redcar Bears - Thurs 2/5/2013
Pinny replied to OdsalBoy's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Get rid of Koppe, other riders have been dropped on assessed figures despite the ruling. Its quite clear that even from reserve hes going to get nowhere near a 5.00 figure -
Didnt you know howes a future world champ in the eyes of the thick one?
