The Plymouth crowds must have drastically decreased over the last year or so to be only about 500.

Used to love my visits to Exeter. Why was Hills money used recently at Plymouth - surely for a club that reportedly get about 1000 fans a week and have been near the foot of the PL since coming up , the club should be making a good enough profit?!

AJ is one of the better riders to watch - always has been entertaining on track. But if he doesnt make top 8 this year i wouldnt think he will be back in as a wildcard . Maybe the kick up the ass he needs.

No wealthy speedway riders? The likes of Crump and Rickardsson would of made well over a million during their careers without doubt - you can guarantee the likes of pedersen and hancock are more than a bit wealthy as well

Does edberg like any form of track?? Complete waste of space and a shocking attitude it seems as well. Why the promotion are wasting money on air fares for him is anyones guess . Replacing him with Carr would surely be a no brainer all round Thormblom looks impressive though - got to be a positive. The berwick 1-7 looks very poor overall though atm

You are probably right however be barely tried a leg whenever he did show at newport describing the track as a disgrace yet Grieves said in an interview It was one of his favorite tracks - remember him scoring a max in the pairs and scored good points throughout his career. Fact is a lot of riders dont fancy it at certain tracks

The draft system is a mess quite honestly. How on earth are the likes of Wilkinson, boxall, roynon etc in it? Wilkos one of my favorite riders to watch, unique style and never knows when hes beaten but he made his PL debut in about 2001! Not his fault just the idiots in charge of this system. May as well make any PL british rider available tp ride in it, may as well give the likes of Lanham a draft place! James wright is another disgraceful selection, spent a good time as a pl number 1 includiny a PLRC title. Who on earth makes these rules up? The sports a complete mess in this country from top to bottom .

Sometimes even tho the scores dont add up , the teams stronger Swindon signing Ward puts batchelor back down to number 5 and also gives them a proper number one. Swindon are definately stronger now and will only improve as The cZech settles in.

What a shower this wolves team is and to think brum was saying their potentially a top 4 team a couple of weeks ago! Ha! Lindgren garbage and well past his sell by date.... Think they could build a decent team next year though starting with Woffinden on a bargain average - need to give him an offer he cant refuse or who else will line up at 1? Sad news indeed - reminds me of Newports last season Sadly press releases like this wont help the crowds as the malletts found out. The sport in the UK is dying on its arse - forget the success of Cardiff Gp that is in general treated as a one off day out for a great event, the amount of newport fans i seen most years there who hadnt been to newport for years on end confirmed that. Newports final season offered everything, the track and racing was superb under floodlights, a very dominant 1-7 (probably one of the strongest ever pl septets ive seen) and the team was full of racers - lanham, gjedde, doyle, aspegren , who would miss the gate and pick riders off for fun sometimes Hard to see where scunny go from here

Fell asleep after heat 8.... Watched it back today and it got much better as it progressed tho Nice to see puk take the win, will he kick on from here? Certainly be good to see him do so

Back to earth for cook. Didnt know what to do then. Track looks good but still rather watch a rougher surface with better racing than a billiard table with little passing Crowd looks down as well

Bridger lets club down again shock horror! Lets hope his latest retirement is more permanant - hes much more suited to being bashed around a UFC ring than riding a speedway bike

So what is it? A broken hand or dodgy machinery? Seems people are going out of their way to find excuses for him - maybe he should sit out for a month whilst his hand recovers as if he continues to ride as he is his average will look very attractive for another team next season - or maybe even later on this season! He probably isnt averaging much more than Gjedde was for Berwick after two months
