I have had the pleasure of meeting Steve at cardiff many times and having a few beers with him, honest guy who is clearly passionate about his club. I just find it very weird how gavans more fascinated by pooles results than his own club ipswich, you very rarely see him in the Pl section.

Id say that just indicates exactly how close the el and pl are in terms of strength. Take out five or 6 riders and theres nothing in it. Go back ten years and the gulf was huge, now its not. I seriously think somerset at home would of beaten some of the patched up teams certain el clubs have fielded this season.
