  1. It’s a well known fact that Polish speedway has a lot more than anywhere else. Polish riders get their engines re tuned way , way more often than Brits etc. and this comes from a couple of riders who have rode in Poland , Sweden and the UK. you only have to look at how much better they are kitted out than any other country.
  2. It’s probably only “window lickers” that would find that funny in all honesty.
  3. In short, no matter how serious or unserious people think this virus is, it is going to affect british speedway in a very bad way.
  4. I’m with Steve brum on this one, I was once a fan of Jonasson but he’s taken the piss one too many times now. Farce of a scenario and an awful replacement.
  5. You give yourself up so easily that I have yawned longer than the time it took to work out who you were. Which is precisely what I did when I read your last post
  6. You also have plenty of work to do re arranging the anniversary meeting as well. It’s okay , it’s known who you are
  7. Does part of her name match with my real name, Baldyman ?
  8. He won’t reveal his identity because of how he acted on here during the last ten years. Not just just his recent pathetic posts. Isn’t it ironic about the BB holders and such , when this guy is probably the most disabled out of everyone???
  9. Reading these posts has left me under no doubt that this Speedster15 is the original Pboro loon that came out years ago . The one who posted about having a Bjerre poster on his wall, a huge Sundstrom fan etc? Has to be.
  10. Nicki pedersen is no worse than Lindgren. Lindgren is a rider who has gone under the radar for years despite being reckless. no doubt his pathetic love song video will make people think differently
  11. Without doubt there’s already a lot of pressure on Becker’s shoulders. Think he will average around 7
  12. Depends if Iversen wants to know or not, if he does then he’s by far the better rider.
  13. That website is terrible , what happened to the old one? That was always a pretty decent site.
  14. Amazes me how some people think that just because he is only 2 years older than NP, he will come in and do a similar job. Pedersen has been riding at the highest level all that time and keeping fit whilst Crump hasn’t. Pedersen was also challenging for the world title the season Crump retired as well. id be gobsmacked if there’s not at least 3 points difference in their averages this season
  15. I really can’t see him doing a lot to be honest. hes the wrong side of 40, been retired from pro racing 8 years , he seems to of put on a bit of timber as well. His reflexes will be nowhere near as good as they were before. wouldnt be so bad if coming in at second string, however as number one? that all being said, hope he does come back and be a success as he was a superb rider in his day who you couldn’t help but admire. Superb professional.
  16. Pedersen has always used hard riding to get past riders ever since he made his UK debut in 98. Very good gater but also a terrific racer , whether that’s using force or not. Have seen him make some absolutely breath taking passes during his time.
  17. Phil making an arse of himself again. Never liked him , heard stories from someone linked to PUK about his time at Oxford with Hancock and they didn’t make good hearing , pretty dull to watch as well but can’t take his four titles away from him. An all time great on track without a doubt. why on earth Danny Ayres funeral has been brought into this thread only a buffoon like Phil the Ace would know.
  18. No doubt he was rapidly improving but had a nasty knock and hasn’t been same since sometimes riders take an injury free season to get back into it, theres every chance he could average 9 plus next season.
  19. He raced for Newport in about 2000 , came in on an average of over 11 that he was never going to match but think he got about 8. he was woeful at times though and looked like he couldnt careless , on a lot of away tracks. he was superb around Newport though and was there the day he broke the track record , he looked like he was going to break it after 2 bends you could just tell. horrible injuries ruined him, his nasty one at Arena when ploughing into a fallen rider and hitting the fence probably what finished him.
  20. Ben Howe was superb to watch on his day. one of the best racing styles I have seen.
  21. Can get a flight from Aus to Uk one way for as little as 400 quid.
  22. How many have been at the top of the sport? World number 3 , dominated the Polish and UK leagues for a couple of seasons and id say is pretty exciting to watch and has been right back from his Newport days.
