Some of the longtrack meetings are mid-week these days. He'd probably only mis around four meetings. ( with a full facility ) A lot of people on here have mentioned Edward Krcmar as a possibility ! He would miss an awfull lot more meetings, UEM U-19s, UEM U21s, World U21s, World U21 Team Cup, World Team Cup, Czech Championship all being a very probable, Matej Kus and David Bellego missed meetings last year ! Unfortunately it's all part of employing European riders.

Pot, Kettle ? -
Most definitely NOT the case though, some people put things on here because they like to think they are in the know.
-
I don't know where this talk of Matej Kus being on a 2 year contract with Berwick came from, I spoke to Matej and Ian Rae early on this year when it was first suggested, and they both told me that was NOT the case. It was as is normal a ONE YEAR deal.

I was at Edinburgh last night and the word was that Sheffield will be using R/R for Ty Proctor ! ?? Who according to the BSPA website is NOT in their declared 1 to 7 and most certainly has never ridden for them ! How is this possible ? SPEEDWAY UNDER THE CURRENT LEADERSHIP IS A JOKE if this is allowed to happen, totally against the rules as far as i can see, No wonder supporters are walking away from our once great sport -

I've helped out at Berwick preparing the track in the past, my health does not allow it these days unfortunately, what you have written above is the biggest load of pIsh i think i have ever read, even for you, you listen to far too many riders who think they know how to prepare a track but in reality like yourself, would not know where to start. You seem to have a touch of OCD when it comes to track preparation. Get of your backside, go to the track and physically help do the job, and then, and only then you might have a very slight idea what you are talking about. -

Slick track with surface grip ? Bit of a contradiction is it not ? -
cant have 2 doylums in charge ,,,its getting worse by the minute Without people like Ian Rae who puts in hundreds of hours into speedway year in year out for little or no reward and George Hepburn who equally puts in many many hours and more importantly puts his money where his mouth is to keep the club afloat, you and every body else would not have speedway in Berwick to watch. To call them "doylums" is in my opinion totally out of order and totally disrespectul. It shows your level of intellegence to be extremely low to make such a crass comment on two people you obviously don't know. An apology on this forum is the least they deserve whether they look at this forum or not ! And well done to Ian Rae on his richly deserved award

And Crescent girl and Lord Antebellum or whatever
-
Well, it's not difficult to work out who you are is it ? Jeez, how many accounts do you have ?

Nicki Barrat 3.60

A club can not apply for a visa. That is 100% down the the rider. The club applies for a certificate of sponsorship to support the visa application
-
Berwick's fence has 32 panels on EACH bend
-
Kozza told me at the start of last season after the Mason Campton situation that Berwick had taken out a 2 year Visa for him so he would be safe for two years, maybe if he had accepted Berwick's offer for this year he would still be riding in the UK in 2014. I'm sure i read somwhere that Alex Davies was in the same situation but because they have changed clubs, certain parts of the criteria can not be transferred to another club
-
Perfectly true though ! He or she is in control of the meeting and the only person on the two minute warming
-
There is only one person at any track who has any responsibility as to how fast or slow the meeting runs, and that is the referee !
-
Berwick website shows Steen Jensen on 5.60 and not 5.50
-
Yes, and Doolan. I spoke to Ian Rae a few weeks ago about it and he said Berwick Speedway would not announce any rider until all paperwork was in place, unlike other clubs, there was a few people on here getting frustrated about the lack of signings a few weeks ago but he said they were waiting on all documentation being in place. If all we hear about other riders having problems is true, perhaps other clubs could take a leaf out of Berwick's book.

Taylor Poole appears to have had a change of mind
