  1. Lets hope the ' Tai Woffinden is a saint ' posse don't tear themselves away from abusing Robert72 on the other Tai Woffinden thread to read this. They will come down on you unanimously like a ton of bricks
  2. Sounds like the much lauded pre season training camp which our superstars couldn't be bothered to attend.
  3. I'm in the main grandstand on Friday. Wouldn't mind a couple of beers before the event. Is there a bar in the Grandstand area or have I got to source a local hostelry in the area
  4. Just seen that. If its true the Polish management have a screw loose.
  5. Grandstand looks terrific, fingers crossed for some good weather, looking forward to my first trip to NSS
  6. Obviously deemed not good enough.Bit of a worry for the American system which has trumpeted its youth development ( well Pearson regularly does ) to have to go back to the old guard. Not sure if the older guard of Bobby Schwartz and Shawn McConnell were available
  7. The Cardiff hoteliers will love you for this idea. Cardiff is not a cheap weekend as it is ,that's if you physically can get a hotel. Just isn't the hotel beds available for 40,000 people to stop over which they would have to do under these circumstances. Personally I,m happy its at Manchester, better transport links, more affordable hotels and a better track. Win Win Win
  8. Could be quite a few Polish fans turn up, buying in advance is sometimes not the norm in Poland
  9. Agree with your opinions on the Polish team, the only disappointment must be how the Danes with their youth system don't seem to be keeping pace.
  10. Not bad tonight from the guy who wouldn't figure in the World Championship shake up in your opinion. Steve are you the only person who does not rate Emil as one of the World,s best ?
  11. Sorry Tim, If you had read my posts on the other Tai Woffinden thread you would know we are exactly in the same place,ie not in the gutter. Ive consistently criticised Woffinden over his actions in front of 40 thousand people and the watching audience live on TV at 7.45 on a Saturday night. But every time I do "the Woffinden can do as he wants because he is the champ" brigade jump all over me saying its just how people now speak in the modern World and to keep up. Sorry but it was a sarcastic mickey take at their expense , definitely not a dig at your post. I think most people are on the same page but a vocal minority try and jump on them when they dare to criticise the World Champion and pass it off as a nothing.
  12. Unlike you I post with nothing to contribute. You keep up your pointless schoolgirl squabble with Robert72 if you makes you feel good. Rather post opinions on a subject that matters
  13. No flak people should be proud of what Great Britain represents
  14. Don't know why people are so easily offended these days. That language is the norm for how most young people speak.Heard worse language in a Primary school playground. Get in the real World !
  15. Think its Great Britain riding not England
  16. Agree, our best rider Woffinden has yet to do a lap at the track
  17. Its also hard to discount Chris Harris's performance in previous World Cup's. He has a habit of riding above his current form in World Cup week. Don't envy Rosco as if we finish last he will have been deemed to have picked the wrong team
  18. As much as Steve Worrall has made progress this year and is a Belle Vue rider he will not be in World Cup starting 4. From what the Star say its Tai,King,Lambert nailed on and either Cook or Harris for spot 4
  19. Look around the eyes not into the eyes " No you are in the wrong ,the meeting was abandoned without a race being run " And your back in the room ! The opening night never happened. The riders bottled it just like Warsaw. NSS on opening night and Warsaw brought change and,for the better.
  20. That old chestnut again. Your promoter David Gordon said the track was unfit on opening night., Is that not good enough for you ? If it helps being in denial then carry on. Sure your track in Manchester is very good but don't forget the past when you aim criticism at others. .From what I remember you were very sensitive to any criticism only a few months ago.
