Of course season ticket holders are paramount they put their money up front thus giving the promotion valuable cash.....people that pay at the gate can stop going if we are losing all the time whilst season ticket holders have made a season long commitment. Why would anybody pay a transfer fee for a free agent is beyond me......what would happen if Leicester payed a so called "transfer" fee to Swindon and next year Doyley gets a better offer and signs for another team,then would Leicester get a transfer fee from the team who signs him.......absolute madness! If the guy was under contract like most other team sports are then fair enough but how can you expect a fee for someone who is not under contract.

I thought riders were self employed? so how can a transfer fee be involved?...surely that would be restraint of trade to stop a rider from earning a living.......I'm surprised nobody has challenged the ridiculous asset system.
