he appears to be 8 years younger so more likely to be his brother!
-
As a Rye fan i feel for comets fans, Derwent park was the only pl track i didn't get to with Rye - hopefully you will ride again in 2020 (unlike us until certain people sell up)
-
Kasper, Mellgren, Morley,Boxall,Bowen unless the latter 3 are Len Silver assets but as far as I know they are Rye owned.
-
A more typical Rye team will be Kennett Robson NBJ Mellgren Lykke Boxall 3 pointer or if no 3 pointer rule Morley and 1 of 3 above replaced by Branford!

Masters only guesting because the meeting at Sheffield was rearranged so Lakeside had priority on Edd Kennett's services. -

No ,Boxall 6.16 and karger plus points below limit = 6.04 -
Hopefully whoever takes charge of track prep will sort that out so its less of an issue - with Len gone that should happen.

Is Simon Lambert not still a Kings Lynn Asset? -
If the 5 riders I'm guessing are correct then there is 7.56 available for the 2 remaining riders!!
-
The return of one of my all favorite riders makes me fell strange to say the least! Should guarantee a decent reserve all year if (big if) they all stay fit.
-
Thanks to 'uncle' Len the teams that he put together in the mid to late 00's meant I became a speedway enthusiast and although the last few years haven't been great its sad to see him almost sneak out the back door but hopefully this will be the start of a brighter era at Rye as the past 3 or so years haven't been much fun!!

Just Rye's luck!

Rye House Raiders V Mildenhall Saturday 7pm
Rocketbee replied to Paul's topic in National League Speedway
Having watched my first national league meeting bar nlrc since the raiders last rode i was impressed with the racing but i feel with both teams having 3 3point riders that the national league could benefit from the elite league race format allowing the beginners to mainly race against each other. -
So no Nelson AGAIN!! Rye House Speedway @RyeHouseFans 52s52 seconds ago BREAKING NEWS! Rockets sign Robin Aspegren as replacement for visa victim Tyson Nelson, on a 6.39 average So only 0.01 below the points limit this year!!
-
I only started going to Rye in 2004 so can only really pick riders i've seen.
-
1 Stuart Robson 2 Kennett 3 Woffinden 4 D King 5 Sundstrom 6. A Silver 7 Roynon
-
Fantasy time of year with regards to team building!! my suggestion is Danny King 8.84 Edward Kennett 8.38 Anders Mellgren 6.57 Tyson Nelson 6.16 Steve Boxall 5.36 Oliver Greenwood 3.12 leaving 4.07 for the final rider
-
With each team that is announced our team doesn't seem so bad after all!!
-
Lambert could double down and from memory rode well a couple of times at cp.
-
Probably need to see other 11 teams before judging how strong/week a team it is.
-
Not sure Rambo's return is a good idea but other than him and to an extent Bunyan the others should regularly score enough points to make Rye a fortress again and as other than shadders hardly anyone ever travels away these days so heavy away defeats would be more tolerable if we were winning well at home every week. No airfairs to fork out for either which may have been behind the omittion of Anders.

Boxmeister's 2011 pl ave was 5.69 & 747 2012 ave was 5.57.
