  1. Could go either way! Hopefully we can get the win after last weeks disappointing loss.
  2. Seemed to be doing fine until heat 10 then we just seemed to collapse. Just fell asleep at the starts. Not helped by mechanical problems for sam and then an uncharacteristic fall and max having a night to forget. Oh well congrats to Sheffield on their win. Don't think we'll ride like that again this season
  3. Josh G record at Armadale isn't great so a guest on this occasion will probably strengthen you. Pretty sure he's not been to Edinburgh since the KOC final in 2015
  4. Important match for both teams, where points for the play off places are crucial. Should be a cracker. Won't be able to have any passengers in this one if we want to take all 3 points. Home win by 4. Edinburgh 1. Sam Masters 2. Theo Pijper 3. Ricky Wells 4. Max Clegg 5. Erik Riss 6. Josh Pickering 7. Mitchell Davey Sheffield 1. Chris Harris (G) 2. Todd Kurtz 3. Lasse Bjerre 4. Josh Bates 5. Kyle Howarth 6. Jan Graversen 7. George Wood
  5. Heard Prague won't be one of the venues next year. Don't know how true that is however.
  6. Very unexpected but will happily take that! Agent Sedgy I think your cover has been blown.
  7. Comfortable home win don't really see us causing to much trouble
  8. I thought cookie was more competitive this year than previous but points return this year wasn't as good. Heard yesterday that he had dropped PJR and was on another riders engine not sure who though.
  9. Track was looking good, the outside looked smoother than the inside. Never seen Emil or Lindback out on track but I didn't get there till just before 3.30 so they could of been out before then.
  10. Expected better from cook and lambert. Worrall is doing as expected but Harris has been impressive
  11. Comfortable night in the end. Erik Riss at the moment is joy to watch fast, smooth and a great style on the bike. Good to see David Howe rolling back the years and scoring some good points. Track slick again and far to easy for away sides to ride.
  12. Even with the guests still should be fairly comfortable
  13. After a disappointing result last night we'll be looking to bounce back with a big win tonight. Could potentially be a tricky fixture with the likes of Kerr and MPT knowing the quickest way round along with Auty. but they'll need back up from the likes of Douglas and Wilkinson at reserve to have a chance of taking anything from the match. Teams for tonight: Edinburgh 1. Sam Masters 2. Theo Pijper 3. Erik Riss 4. Max Clegg 5. Ricky Wells 6. Josh Pickering 7. Mitchell Davey Scunthorpe 1. Michael Palm Toft 2. Tero Aarnio 3. Lewis Kerr 4. Ryan Douglas 5. Josh Auty 6. Carl Wilkinson 7. Ryan McDonald (G)
  14. Scored their average away from home don't really expect much more from them.
  15. Another average performance on the road. To many passengers again it seems pass marks to sam, Erik, max and Mitch.
  16. Will be a tough match match. A point will be a good result tonight
  17. Think it'll finish 46-44 but to wich side who knows.
  18. Probably our toughest test of the season at home against a Ipswich side who can ride the dale just as well as the home side. Little change in the riding order for the monarchs with Josh Pickering dropping to reserve and Max Clegg moving back into the number 4 spot. Also be good to see a couple of league winners back in Justin and Rory always welcome at Armadale. Should be an absolute cracker of a match that could go either way. Teams for tonight: Edinburgh 1. Sam Masters 2. Mark Riss 3. Erik Riss 4. Max Clegg 5. Ricky Wells 6. Josh Pickering 7. Mitchell Davey Ipswich 1. Danny King 2. Kyle Newman 3. Justin Sedgmen 4. Cameron Heeps 5. Rory Schlein 6. Connor Mountain 7. Nathan Greaves
  19. Doc still does the track but only on Fridays. We had a heavy rain shower at around 3 that made a track a bit tricky.
  20. 3 5-1s on the bounce killed us apart from that it seems we done okay. Just need to find a bit more consistency all the through the meeting as we always seem to have a point in the meeting just now we're we seem to just fall away.
  21. Could be real tricky one tonight and we can't have any passengers if we want to take the 3 points against a strong bears side. Just the one change tonight with Matt Williamson in to replace the injured Danny Ayres. Honestly can see this one going either way. Teams for tonight: Edinburgh 1. Sam Masters 2. Mark Riss 3. Erik Riss 4. Josh Pickering 5. Ricky Wells 6. Max Clegg 7. Mitchell Davey Redcar 1. Jason Garrity 2. Jonas B Anderson 3. Ben Barker 4. Ellis Perks 5. Charles Wright 6. Coty Garcia 7. Matt Williamson
  22. I can't see it being as close as some suggest. Can see us scoring around what we did at Sheffield and Workington.
  23. well we tried our best to chuck that meeting away with some strange refereeing decisions in the mix as well. Think Sheffield can find themselves rather fortunate to come away with a point. Davey falling in heat 2 while on a 4-2 ending in a 3-3. Kurtz with the flier of the season in heat 8 his only point of the night. The poor decision of heat 12 were the ref decided to exclude Riss who had to take avoiding action of the out of control Bjerre resulting in a 1-5 and Sam falling off in heat 13 while on a 3-3 resulting in 2-4. Besides that still a very enjoyable nights racing on another sunny night at Armadale.
  24. So Sheffield are back again and were impressive visitors on there last visit need to be on it from the start. Monarchs by 10. Teams for tonight: Edinburgh 1. Sam Masters 2. Mark Riss 3. Erik Riss 4. Josh Pickering R/R 5. Ricky Wells 6. Max Clegg 7. Mitchell Davey Sheffield 1. Aaron Summers (G) 2. Todd Kurtz 3. Lasse Bjerre 4. James Sarjeant (G) 5. Kyle Howarth 6. Rob Branford 7. Ryan McDonald (G)
