  1. That’ll probably still finish above your side as usual
  2. Don’t think that’s the exact wording used but even then at the time he probably was but fair plsy to the lad he’s improved a lot since then.
  3. From what looked a home win, I’m now not so sure without Erik. Especially when the likes of Summers, Doolan, Howe and NBJ all capable of scoring well round Armadale and chuck in the two reserves, this bandits side is more than capable of turning us over especially with how we are riding at the moment.
  4. Matt was good at the Scottish cup match at Ashfield but hasn’t done anything really since. Josh seems to be getting there, Ruml is doing well but struggling on the road a little bit that was to be expected but that’s when the reserves need to step up when they haven’t been, Andersson has just been awful. the boys want the track to be grippy but from speaking to the Riss brothers after Friday they said it was really grippy but it was inconsistent in places and making it difficult to ride, catching a lot of the guys out. Doc has retired from doing the track now, I believe it’s Ronnie Anderson and the Campbell brothers doing it now.
  5. Visit half of the meeting we were awful, 2nd half thought we performed pretty well, shame we can’t seem to get everyone going at the same time. Last time out at Ashfield josh was poorvsnd Matt rode well this time it was the other way round. Need both the reserves to be firing if we want to get some points on the road.
  6. No Andersson today riding in Poland, so that makes us stronger, with max, mark and the reserves taking his rides
  7. Better late than never to start the thread for this I guess. No worries weather wise for a change, fancy the tigers tonight with Worrall, Harris, Starke, Kerr and sarjeant all liking and riding the place well. With ex monarch Vissing who can be an awkward road block round the Dale also. Will be a tough one but hopefully we can come out on top.
  8. Our team will do just fine thanks for your concern though
  9. The appeal has to be made before the meeting, but okay.
  10. Nothing to do with the loss, sounds like we didn’t de serve to win it’s more the rules not being applied. The club are I’m led to believe are appealing on the fact that Proctor who currently isn’t allowed to ride in the UK and shouldn’t be declared in a teams 1-7. Meaning that a guest shouldn’t have been allowed and a NL guest should’ve took his place.
  11. Exactly, he signed before Christmas I believe so god knows what he and Workington have been doing since then.
  12. Stupid rules or not rules are rules, personally find it ridiculous that Proctor and Workington haven’t got his visa sorted yet it’s April.
  13. It’s more to do with he’s not eligible to ride so no facility at all should be granted and it should’ve been a NL rider taking his place.
  14. Good point for the boys, fantastic from Ricky, Erik backing him up well, poor from Josh needs to be better, good to see Joel and max scoring points also. Strange heat 15 selection from the home boys imo handing us a point.
  15. That a guest shouldn’t have been allowed for Proctor.
  16. While waiting on the appeal to be heard. Seems those in charge just pick and choose when they are going to apply the rules.
  17. On the whole Proctor situation, how can a rider be declared in a teams 1-7 even though he doesn’t have clearance to ride in the country and a guest be allowed to take his place.
  18. Fancied our chances tonight to nick a win but with wright now in making the comets a great deal stronger. Good luck to the boys tonight anyway.
  19. So we hope to get our competitive season under way tomorrow night against a solid looking Comets side. Won’t be an easy one for the boys but can see us winning by around 10/12 points. Teams for Friday: Edinburgh 1. Ricky Wells 2. Max Ruml 3. Mark Riss 4. Joel Andersson 5. Erik Riss 6. Matt Williamson 7. Josh Pickering Workington 1. Rene Bach 2. Rasmus Jensen 3. Ty Proctor 4. Dan Bewley 5. Nicolai Klindt 6. Kyle Bickley 7. Bradley Wilson Dean
  20. Home win but can see us taking a point from tonight, if it’s on
  21. he’s not been picked by his polish side for their first league match this weekend.
  22. Buying online you can either attend another match if you can’t or don’t want to you can ask for a refund on your ticket and it will be refunded.
