  1. Don’t think the amount of dirt was the issue. It was the amount of water put down just before start time, flooded the place.
  2. Track was awful last night. Flooded it before the start for some unknown reason and turned it to an ice rink for the first 4/5 races then I just became on the outside and nothing anywhere else on the track. Still a win is a win we weren’t fantastic but got the job done in the end.
  3. I did say hopefully. Don’t see what the crowd levels have to do with racing or anything for that matter. Bit anyway they’ve been down purely down to the fact we’ve been p!sh.
  4. No weather problems today so hopefully an enjoyable night of racing.
  5. Sorry we’ll just get an out of form rider next time then.
  6. New week new team again. Should have more than enough to dispatch the scorpions tomorrow night and pick up 3 league points. Teams for Friday: edinburgh 1. Sam Masters 2. James Sarjeant 3. Josh Pickering 4. Ricky Wells 5. Cameron Heeps 6. William Lawson 7. Connor Coles Scunthorpe 1. Jake Allen 2. Danny Ayres 3. Stefan Nielsen 4. Josh Auty 5. Ben Barker 6. Ryan Kingsley 7. Simon Lambert
  7. Don’t see how it’s a poor signing. You think Sarjeant replacing Marson is not an improvement? It’s an extra 2/3 points a meeting and that is what makes all the difference.
  8. I mean we’re giving you the leagues too man. Kevin told me not to eat airport burgers also but that certainly hasn’t stopped me.
  9. Welcome aboard James Sarjeant. Try sit still we’re poor and can’t afford too many sets of tapes unlike along the road. Good move for us makes us even stronger. One last push for the play offs.
  10. Top of the tree still not happy. Desperation for the trophy continues. (bait set)
  11. So proctor it is. The Sport is becoming more of a joke by the day.
  12. Go on then tell us what you’ve heard now, can’t wait as usual.
  13. Not enough to not ride your normal engine or save himself as some were saying.
  14. Who’s having a dig? I was agreeing with paulco and co that this stuff in the fuel etc is all nonsense and was using when Craig got accused of it before he decided to ride for the dark side. For once I’m not having a go and still I’m having a pop. Cheats cheats cheats. Money bags have payed off all the officials, using over sizes engines and nitro. There you go that better.
  15. I remember a similar incident at Newcastle. Peter Carr absolutely flawless that night got his engine checked as the old diamonds were furious. Peter just stood there with a big smile on his face as they checked his engine knowing fine well there was nothing wrong with it.
  16. Cracker of a thread this. Remember the days when cook was banging in maximums for us and he was using a 600cc or the rocket fuel etc good laugh. Don’t understand the why ayres would be saving himself for the British final he’s not going to do anything.
  17. Isn’t the first and won’t be the last Glasgow get involved in nonsense like this. Unfortunately victor has fallen victim to this nonsense.
  18. Slightly different circumstances every ride falls fowl to the numbers game unfortunately it’s speedway and everyone is aware of it.
  19. Didn’t realise we were children. But not the first time yous have been.
  20. Obviously they feel like it will effect their chances of winning trophies cause there’s no other reason to do so. Other clubs might look at this now if Glasgow ask to use other riders.
  21. Bit of a joke really Glasgow screwing the lad out of earning a living.
  22. Good win last night for the boys. Top 4 doing their job, willie chipping in as well. Good to see Connor getting his first win.
  23. Tricky opposition so need the top 4 to be firing tonight.
  24. Probably not no, victor was at Glasgow when Stewart was there. Great lad is victor hope he does well.
