Wolves v Sheffield 7th June 2021
Mr Blobby replied to Beowulf's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Josh bates out of control and crashing, water is also wet. -
We shouldn’t get pumped off this team. Much better performance tonight than Friday. Josh bounced back as expected, Kye impressing more each time he takes to the track, sharp gating and speed to match. still looking for a bit more from William but hopefully that’ll come. more importantly into the next round.

Edinburgh v Newcastle (KO Cup) Friday 4th June
Mr Blobby replied to Al Stewart's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Wasn’t meant to come across as arrogant. We just weren’t at it tonight at all. Newcastle were extremely average at best. Apart from Wright who was good value for money. however can only beat what’s in front of you as they say. -

We were truly awful tonight. Thankfully it was only Newcastle. Josh, Nathan and William not at it all. Don’t think it’s possible to ride worse than we did tonight this season. -

Cracking weather for it tonight always an added bonus. Hoping the track is a a lot grip on it than last week. Was very slick which isn’t like us to prepare it like -

Fully expect a comfortable home win. Be a good meeting for a few of the boys to score some points. -
Redcar v Edinburgh. May 30th (2.00pm) Championship
Mr Blobby replied to pvm's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Absolutely Fantastic result, great fight shown by the boys as well to come back and get a draw after conceding those 3 5-1s on the bounce. Need a little bit more from 1 or 2 of the boys, kye still finding his feet but he’s competitive which is the main thing the points will come. -

Just so you’re aware not sure if you are. Crowds are currently restricted. So it’s currently available to everyone. However once crowds are no longer restricted up here I believe it will be going back to the 50 miles exclusion zone. Tbh the streaming was aimed at away fans or fans who were abroad or too far away to travel to the matches so they still had a chance to watch their team. Obviously with covid it’s came in extremely handy with the predicament we’ve found ourselves in. -

I know when doing the streaming in 2019 it was restricted. So you could only purchase the stream if you lived over 50 miles from the stadium. with restricted crowds at the moment that rule has been removed. -

Fair result in the end and one I would of happily taken pre match. track wasn’t great imo was extremely slick made passing rather difficult. Bit of dirt and grip on there and I think we could have snatched the win. good showings from the top 3. For his first time seeing the track this afternoon when he turned up for the match I thought lye Thomson was great. Got round the track nicely and even got a race win. Definitely promising expected a bit more from William and Nathan, young joe having a night to forget as well. However good to finally be back and see some live speedway again. -

Very difficult first match. Would’ve been a challenge a few months into the season but with the boys having yet to take to the Armadale shale for even a practice it’s going to be difficult. Would happily take any sort of win but we’ll see. -
Yes, can get access to it through the website

It is indeed. Every match will be streamed online even with fans allowed. was the same last season as long as you were 50 miles away from the stadium.

First of many results like that for the devils I think. -

That’s like having a 6 point average rider out injured and being allowed to replace him with a 7 point average rider. Only in British speedway this could happen. -

Falls and last places costing the devils Thor victory. Good to see all 7 boys out on track after the meeting. -
