  1. well we certainly made that one hard for ourselves. Justin, Stevie and Max are the only people that rode to their full potential today. Derek made gates then rode in no mans land in the first and second bend every time. Aaron was lacking pace Sam and cookie couldn't gate for toffee. The only time Cookie made a gate was heat 13 and the ref pulled it back!!!! Rusty was entertaining and Maxs pass on theo was fantastic. 3 points not so bad should have taken 4 but oh well. oh by the 23 23 23 23 23 23 23 23 23 23 Don't know if i mentioned it but twenty flamin three!!!!!!
  2. the Aussie miss out due to Sweden using a Joker. hard one to take if your an Aussie.
  3. who cares if they are allowed a guest or not come 5pm tomorrow night we will be heading back along the M8 with another 4 points.
  4. Lest continue to use peterborough here as an example. What Brits would you use to replace these foreign riders because as far as I can see there isn't any to replace them with
  5. they will all come out the woodwork if they win tonight though
  6. the fanzone is on Wood street this year near the train station
  7. After hopefully making 22 at Redcar tonight we will be looking to make it 23 at home to the Bears. This one should hopefully be a bit more competitive than some of our other home matches but we should take all 3 points. Richard Lawson is unavailable as he is riding for Lakeside and his place will be taken by Agent Wolbert. The weather though might stop us from doing that though, as it supposed to rain all day. Teams for Friday: Edinburgh Craig Cook Justin Sedgmen Max Fricke Stevie Worrall Sam Masters Aaron Fox Derek Sneddon Redcar Kevin Wolbert (G) Hugh Skidmore Mark Lemon Carl Wilkinson Aaron Summers Jan Graversen Rafal Konopka
  8. http://www.speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.25942 You have got to love Stewart Dixon it is more important to him than anything to beat us. The man is obsessed.
  9. Well we head to redcar on Thursday hoping to pick up some away points. It will be difficult with the bears being a bit of bogey team for ourselves. They have also strengthened their team by bringing in Mark Lemon for Luke Crang meaning Jan Graversen moving back to reserve. For the the boys in blue & gold Stevie Worrall moves into the main body of the team with Derek Sneddon moving to reserve. I think our unbeaten streak will finally come to an end come thursday night but i do think we will get a point. 46 - 44 to the bears. Teams for Thursday: Redcar Richard Lawson Hugh Skidmore Mark Lemon Carl Wilkinson Aaron Summers Jan Graversen Rafal Konopka Edinburgh Craig Cook Justin Sedgmen Max Fricke Stevie Worrall Sam Masters Aaron Fox Derek Sneddon
  10. Can we not speak about chips it can be a touchy subject for some.
  11. I thought you had 5 number 1's? Well so you keep telling us.
  12. It's called keeping your sponsors happy! He is also leading the world championship not to bad for someone who isn't young and should retire i say!
  13. Keep the rider that is going to improve his average if given time to do so that is
  14. So they have replaced a young brit instead of a pish pole! you couldn't make it up!
  15. Pumped is the appropriate word to use i think!
  16. Good to see Max banging in a big score same again next week please!
  17. So it does ops. But making the A final is still a great achievement
  18. Well done young Kyle on winning the A final.
  19. Well in that case Maxs smug mentality will see the devils through to an away victory.
  20. If Deek can put 0.69 on his average next month then we can bring in wee joe at reserve.
  21. Well we made hard work of that one that for sure. We weren't as good as we have been in previous weeks slugish from the starts and lacking speed. Don't know if it was down to track conditions as it seemed slicker and a little less dirt on it than usual. But we got all 3 points in the end which is all that mattered. Bjerre and Ostergaard were very sharp away from the gate tonight and looked quick but if Ostergaard missed it he was pants. Blackbird was the most impressive rider for the panthers tonight IMO and deserved his double figure
  22. Even though they were at full strength when i made my post. Dryml pulled out after. Good one.
