Edinburgh V Newcastle (pl) 8/8/14 @ 7.30pm
Mr Blobby replied to Mr Blobby's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Interesting change in riding order for the diamonds with Kerr at 2 and Rose at 4. -
Seems a bit like the thomsen last year. Season is over bring in an assessed 7 point rider he rides heaps of scrap metal for the rest of the season until he gets a proper average (witch will see him at reserve for next season). He will then bring over decent bikes the following year (like thomsen) and clean up from reserve. Very clever thinking from the tiggers

he made it come across as if he was on ridiculous money which he isn't. Don't know what it has to do with you anyway so bye.

Don't know what you have heard but your way off the mark regarding wages.

World Cup Final 2nd August 2014
Mr Blobby replied to mickthemuppet's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Just because he is scoring well in the EL doesn't mean he is going to do the same tonight. He is up against far better riders who he rides against in the GP series where he struggles to score points. -
World Cup Final 2nd August 2014
Mr Blobby replied to mickthemuppet's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
love your optimism but it won't be a toss up for 3rd GB will come last Woffy v Ward - woffy will edge it Harris v Holder - Holder all day King - Batchalor - batchalor all day again Stead v Doyle - same as above -
For the people who decided to give the meeting a miss a feel sorry for you as you missed a cracker. The first running of the final summed up the night perfectly masters and fricke passes and re-passed each other 3 times in the space of 2 laps with cook and ostergaard buzzing around their back wheels trying to find a way past also. Shame it ended in the way it did though but thankfully Max and Cookie both walked away with nothing broken apart from their bikes. Max looks in a bit of pain and is doubt for Sunday now with a sore collar bone and a cut on his left wrist. Well done to sam though he was trapping well all night and was super fast also well deserved.

Well it's that time of year again when we have a little change from normal league racing to run the Scottish Open. Craig Cook will be looking to defend his title in what looks an evenly matched field. We also welcome home wee Joe Tabaka making his return to the Dale for the first time since his horrible crash at last years play-off final. A few changes to the original line up with Jason Garrity coming to replace Lewis Blackbird and Stuart Robson who is coming in for Rene Bach who can no longer make it due to personal reasons. Fridays line up: Jason Garrity Sam Masters Josh Grajczonek Max Fricke To be confirmed Craig Cook Justin Sedgmen Aaron Fox Theo Pijper Jozsef Tabaka Kevin Wolbert Ulrich Ostergaard Aaron Summers Stevie Worrall Derek Sneddon Stuart Robson
