  1. he posted it on facebook but it has been deleted in the past 5 minutes. He said that he blow 2 engines tonight at Berwick. Then said something along the lines of having to pay £500 on flights and that this could be his last week as a glasgow rider. Basically he is struggling badly financially which is a real shame as the guy is box office to watch.
  2. Anders Thomsen saying this could be his last week as a Glasgow rider after he blow 2 engines tonight at Berwick.
  3. Never looked in doubt tonight that we would come away with all 3 points even with max having an off night and Cook as well no idea whats wrong with him not seen him this poor for years. Somerset were very average Morris the stand out as always when visiting very good rider round the Dale. Allen was terrible he looked like he was going to end up in the fence every corner but he did put his team mate in it though. Special mention to Deek been garbage recently but rode very well tonight and deserved every point he got. One last point back to the top of the league in our rightful place. Smugness levels are rising again oh and if your reading lucifer sam ONE!!!!
  4. Berwick are terrible round the dale and i'm sure they did.
  5. to be fair to Fox he scores pretty well at reserve but he does struggle away from home at most places.
  6. After a poor start to the week we will be looking for a win against a strong Rebels side. it will be difficult with key reserve Aaron Fox missing a NL guest will be his replacement. Somerset will be at full strength and will be coming up north looking to take some points back with them. Monarchs to win by 8. Edinburgh Craig Cook Justin Sedgmen Max Fricke Stevie Worrall Sam Masters 6. Max clegg 7. Derek sneddon Somerset Nick Morris Charles Wright Brady Kurtz Pontus Aspgren Oliver Allen Todd Kurtz Paul Starke
  7. If you take of your i hate Crag Cook specs for a second and use your brain you will see that we were heavily out scored at reserve last night and heavily out scored at reserve again tonight. Sneddon has failed to beat a opposing rider in his last two matches says it all really.
  8. Going to Somerset tonight with a 5 man team was all ready going to be a difficult task but when they don't all perform we were always going to get pumped. Our problems lie at reserve got no problem with Aaron doing as expected in his first season in the PL but Sneddon is a whole different ball game experienced PL rider who should be scoring around 5 a meeting as a second string he can't even score 3 as a Reserve!!!!!!!! Until we get rid of Sneddon we aren't going to win anything come business end of the season. With Sneddon in the team we will lose over 2 legs against Somerset and Peterborough with ease.
  9. Bellego will score a hell of a lot more than Lanham and we now could be without Fox also. So a tough task has just got even tougher.
  10. Well done to the bandits on the win best out the gate on the night which is all that matters really round there. Max and Sam a bit below par didn't help and Derek needs to get his act together or step a side i'm afraid. The big delay cost us big time IMO all momentum was going our way until it all went a bit flat. Hope Aaron and Matty are okay also. Another point the start marshall raking certain gates very fair that.
  11. record both then watch both when i get in.
  12. with Covatti coming into the side and Poole scoring well at reserve this could more difficult than our last visit but hopefully we can pull together and come away with some points.
  13. Intersting. Anyone know the full details of this one for us nosey people who would like to know.
  14. was in the stadium around 6.00 - 6.15 the track was perfect and the ground was dry, then around 6.45 these big dark clouds appeared and the heavens open not long after the track was still in good condition till around 7.15 when the rain got heavier and by that point the track was gone past attempting to fix IMO.
  15. Interesting change in riding order for the diamonds with Kerr at 2 and Rose at 4.
  16. Seems a bit like the thomsen last year. Season is over bring in an assessed 7 point rider he rides heaps of scrap metal for the rest of the season until he gets a proper average (witch will see him at reserve for next season). He will then bring over decent bikes the following year (like thomsen) and clean up from reserve. Very clever thinking from the tiggers
  17. Back league racing this wee after an entertaining Scottish open last week. We welcome back the Newcastle diamonds this week spearheaded by Danny King. Edinburgh should be at full strength as long as Max Fricke comes through his danish meeting tonight no idea about the diamonds. Edinburgh to take all 3 points. Teams for Friday: Edinburgh Craig Cook Justin Sedgmen Max Fricke Stevie Worrall Sam Masters Aaron Fox Derek Sneddon Newcastle Danny King Lewis Kerr Stuart Robson Lewis Rose Ludvig Lindgren Simon Nielsen Chris Mills
  18. Just because he is scoring well in the EL doesn't mean he is going to do the same tonight. He is up against far better riders who he rides against in the GP series where he struggles to score points.
  19. love your optimism but it won't be a toss up for 3rd GB will come last Woffy v Ward - woffy will edge it Harris v Holder - Holder all day King - Batchalor - batchalor all day again Stead v Doyle - same as above
