  1. I honestly give up! We are champions you are not! thank you and good night
  2. so now it's the refs fault you loss! get over it you were second best! so in your mind it's fine that Aspgren deliberately fell off to try and get a re-run? so lets say there was a re-run and Morris split the monarchs pair and won the rebels the league. would you class that as fair? that one of your riders cheated to win you the league?
  3. But Morris wasn't even getting any closer to the monarchs pairing they were actually pulling away from him. Aspgren seen this and just layed it down in the middle of the bend and stayed there hoping for a re-run the ref realised what he was doing and awarded the race.
  4. 2 laps had just been done by the monarchs pair as the red lights went on.
  5. give over Aspgren lay it down and stayed there hoping for a re-run as the home boys were away correct decision was made and we are now the 2014 premier league champions!
  6. Would like to wish Derek all the best after he announced his retirement from speedway tonight. you have served the PL and british speedway well over the years and for that i thank you. Not to shabby way to finish your career either thank you captain Deek.
  7. Don't think Kevin Wolbert would agree with you on that one!
  8. SSSSSSSSSSSSMMMMMMMMMMMMMUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!! get in there boys. Thought it was in the bag before the 8-1 and 4-2 then i thought it was game over but what a finish to what has been a spectacular year 5-1 to win the title even though Aspgren tried to cheat and failed. Edinburgh monarchs 2014 treble winners! sounds great doesn't it?
  9. wouldn't have expected anything else from craig cook and Edinburgh monarchs number 1 fan. Comical!
  10. so 12 it is then can see this going down to heat 15. We need to hit the Rebels hard early on big 5-1 in heat 1 to set the tone and not to lose a heat advantage in heat 2 would be an ideal start IMO.
  11. thank god cookie and Sam decided to show up otherwise there wouldn't be any point in tomorrow. Really needed a big night from Max as he was partnering a reserve in the majority of his rides. Seemed like Justin had a stinker at the worst possible time and the reserves done as expected. R/R for Worrall didn't exactly help either mind you only got 2 points from his rides. So all to play for tomorrow can see this going down to heat 15.
  12. So the decider to lift the trophy. All will become clearer when after the first league to see who will be in the driving seat for this deciding leg. Neither team will be at full strength due to injures. Edinburgh will be missing Stevie Worrall and R/R will be used his rides may be taken by the reserves, Max and Justin. For the Visitors they will have Aaron Summers in at number 1 in place of Oliver Allen and will also be using R/R for Brady Kurtz, his rides can be taken by the the reserves, Charles Wright, Pontus Aspgren and Nick Morris. Teams for Saturday: Edinburgh Craig Cook Justin Sedgmen Max Fricke Steve Worrall R/R Sam Masters Aaron Fox Derek Sneddon Somerset Aaron Summers (G) Brady Kurtz R/R Charles Wright Pontus Aspgren Nick Morris Todd Kurtz Paul Starke
  13. Both teams using r/r is advantage Somerset makes them stronger around Armadale as Kurtz was woeful in the league meeting
  14. Yes i know we have lucky with injuries this season compared to other teams but thats not what i meant. I'm talking more play-off final time last year Tabaka during the final this year Stevie just before the final.
  15. If Worrall wrist is bad then thats game over for us. Same as last year an injury costing us the title.
  16. From a selfish pount of veiw i would he wasn't riding at all. But good luck to the and stay out of everyone else way got far bigger meetings for your own club over the weekend
