UPDATE Cookie a doubt for tomorrow due to severe headaches he has been having since wednesday, apparently suffers from them on occasions but not quite as bad He will give the promotion a call tomorrow morning if he is fit enough to ride or not hopefully he will be fine. Riss is also still unsure if he is fit to ride or not tomorrow so we will have to wait and see. For the diamonds Bates will be replaced by Luke Crang as Josh crashed at poole on Wednesday and is not fit enough to ride.

Well we kick off our league campaign again the scunthorpe Scorpions. A few changes to both sides for this one. Sam Masters will replace Craig Cook at number 1 (very well deserved as well) while craig will move to number 5. Kevin Doolan will guest for Justin Sedgmen who is riding in a GP qualifier in Croatia and we will use R/R for Erik Riss who broke his collar bone while attempting to do a high five with Sedgy after the race at Workington on Saturday. Scunthorpe Will now have Josh Auty at number 1, they will use R/R for David Howe (shoulder injury i think) Alex Davies will drop to reserve while Nike Lunna will move into the main body of the side. Matt Williamson will fill the other reserve spot instead of Ellis Perks witch looks like a permanent swap. Edinburgh to win comfortably. Perks isn't riding at edinburgh on Friday Matt Williamson is and it doesn't say that he is guesting for him either. Team change by the looks of it.

He said last night that he has made a lot of changes during the winter, new engine tuner, different frames and little things as well hence the inconsistency at the moment in both leagues. But when he has got it right he has been flying. Hopefully last night was a turning point and he will kick on from it.

Might of bought Oliver Allens bikes of him seen pictures earlier of the meeting he was riding in germany yesterday and it was Allens bike covers that were on the the machinery he was riding.

Ah edinburgh and cookies number 1 fan Jamlad been a while. If you really think Wolbert wouldn't have scored about double what his R/R got then you need help. Do you care to back up your accusation of Cook having dodgy bikes and tell us how they are dodgy? (probably not as you just hate the guy)
