  1. Comfortable in the end. Branford and Max had stinkers, Sam also didn't have a great night but that happens the rest of the boys scored well enough that didn't matter in the end. For the witches Covatti was interesting to watch only new one line and that was round the fence but he was suprising decent considering how bad he was last season, Tungate was also better than he has been. You can see why hawkins doesn't bother turing up at times as he was pants and King wasn't very good either. Anyway onto next week when we welcome the wee team along once again.
  2. Just give it a rest you've been saying the same thing for weeks we get it you don't like the guy, you don't need to bang on about it every two seconds.
  3. Probably our toughest test of the season so far at home as we welcome Ipswich. Sligth change in the monarchs line up with Rob Branford going to number 2 with Erik Riss going to reserve. Ipswich will be using R/R for the injured Cam Heeps. Monarchs win by 12. Line ups for Friday: Edinburgh Sam Masters Rob Branford Kevin Wolbert Justin Sedgmen Craig Cook Erik Riss Max Clegg Ipswich Danny King Gino Manzares Nico Covatti Cameron Heeps R/R Rohan Tungate Stefan Nielsen Ritchie Hawkins
  4. The usual suspects out in force i see. Craig is doing things differently this season bike wise different frames, new engine tuner witch he is still getting used to. All the people that can't wait to put him down are the people that just don't like him thats all, nothing to do with his ability.
  5. What is the point in these matches may as well just let us keep our trophy for another year.
  6. Just cause the good old boys in blue took a bit of a thumping today no need to take it out on Blobby!
  7. Who cares whats going on along the M8. We are still the big team here with the unbeaten record in the league.
  8. Compared to last week that was emmmm boring, but we won again so can't complain to much.
  9. Back to league action this week and this time we welcome the workington Comets. Edinburgh will be at full strength for this one while the comets will be using R/R for Kyle Howarth. EDIT: Pijper for Hansen and Carr for Barrett both apparently injured. Should be a comfortable home win. Line ups for Friday. Edinburgh Sam Masters Erik Riss Kevin Wolbert Justin Sedgmen Craig Cook Max Clegg Rob Branford Workington Theo Pijper (G) Kyle Howarth R/R Rene Bach Matthew Wethers Ricky Wells Liam Carr (G) Nathan Greaves
  10. He Used to be bad for it a couple of years ago but I honestly couldn't tell you the last time he did just very sharp away from the tapes
  11. You obviously don't watch cook to much then if you think he rolls.
  12. Agree with SCB cooks form over the last few weeks has good as what you would expect from him but from the start of the season until a few weeks ago his form has been to inconsistent to be in the 4 man squad. King over the season so far has been the better rider and deserves his place along with lambert. I think Craig should have been named as reserve though as howarth is mince at Kings Lynn just invade something does happen to anyone in the 4 over the next week.
  13. Smith cost you tonight if he just scored his average or close to it you probably would of won. If he doesn't improve soon and you want to win the league you will need to get rid soon IMO before Sarjeant gets a proper average.
  14. oops maybe i should predict the tiggers to win more often. Fantastic result for the Diamonds considering how weak they were tonight.
  15. Can only see a big Glasgow win R/R for Kerr, Hawkins in for Rosen and Ruddick at reserve against Glasgow is only going to end one way.
  16. This has got to be one of the best posts i've seen on here in a while. Cracker!
