  1. They way Glasgow are carrying on delaying until our Aussies and Erik go out to Aus we aren't going to have a team.
  2. This just confirms what Glasgow are doing. Ridiculous the BSPA should step in and make them ride this weekend
  3. Pretty poor meeting if i'm track. Ride 3 feet of the air fence you weren't going to get passed. But from a team perspective we are through to another final witch is great news. Well onto other things! Mr McGregors decision to exclude Cookie on 2 minutes was just daft none of the riders were at the tapes the other three were further away from the tapes than craig playing around with their clutches, while Craig was still gardening. None of them were ready so why exclude just one rider? Supid IMO. Special mention to Stevie Worrall different class tonight.
  4. Seeing that Stead isn't declared in any PL 1 to 7 he can't possibly be. So going by the averages i'll think you will find that Cook is in fact the best rider in the league.
  5. Would of liked to have had the second leg but retaining one of our 3 trophies at Ashfield sounds slightly more appealing.
  6. Comets to win comfortably. Meaningless meeting for us really with the main match the following day at Newcastle
  7. We offered them this Friday even though it didn't suit us either.
  8. not happy to run the meeting just now as R/R makes you weaker and your not riding as well. But you'll be happy to ride if our Aussies are missing. Desperation from the new Glasgow era to get one over on us no matter what.
  9. He isn't available for some reason this Friday. Don't know what though.
  10. Some of their riders have gone of the boil. Neiminen needs a few weeks to get up to speed before they even think about coming. Also holding out on the Aussies going home.
  11. I don't want any club to close. That was said in a the heat of the moment witch I apologise for now. Can you find me a quote were he blamed the track yesterday as I certainly can't.
  12. What cause he said your track was mince witch it is to be honest. Touchy lot you folk from the Borders.
  13. Folf like you are the reason your club won't be running next season.
  14. You weren't there so you wouldn't actually know if he did or not. You just like to see people fail witch is quite sad really.
  15. Well done Ostergaard! Not many people would of picked him as a winner before the meeting started thats for sure. Decent effort from Sam and unlucky to Cookie in the Final. Can't resist having a pop can you! Laughable.
  16. Aarino is no worse than Hansen. He rode in a meeting in Finland that started at 2pm.
  17. Well you didn't want to come yesterday if you beat Newcastle (thankfully you didn't) because you didn't have Sarjeant. He is available next week and you still refuse to come, holding out till the end of the season when Sam and Justin go away to the GP. It's Pathtic. Fit enough to ride in Finland today though
  18. Should be enough to see us through to the final. Just a shame that at this current time of the season we might not have a meeting next week as certain teams don't want to come a ride.
  19. Where have I said we were unlucky?? Quit with all the excuses your out end of discussion. Wouldn't of mattered if you had a full team or not the outcome still would of been the same.
  20. All ifs and buts Doesn't really matter though as your out and we are through to the final again.
  21. should be a decent meeting tomorrow especially with wethers at reserve now seeing that aarnio has been told to rest (convenient how it's a track he struggles to score a point on) and with doubts over cookies fitness. Still hopeful we can rack up enough points to take the pressure of a bit for the second leg.
  22. through to the final as expected. No one injured witch is good and better to have the mechanical problems tonight in a all ready over tie to get them sorted for tomorrow's first leg against the diamonds.
  23. Should be a lot closer now with Summers and Pijper guesting and R/R for Vissing but we will more than likely run out comfortable winners. Teams for Friday: Edinburgh Craig Cook Justin Sedgmen Kevin Wolbert Liam Carr (G) Sam Masters Max Clegg Rob Branford Berwick Aaron Summers (G) Anders Mellgren Theo Pijper (G) Claus Vissing R/R Kevin Doolan Coty Garcia Richard Hall
