  1. Palm Toft in for Riss and Luke Chessell in for Clegg both on under 21 duty. No idea if Plymouth are missing anyone or not.
  2. Slightly different devils line up compared to when they were up previously. Brady Kurtz now at number 1 for the Devils. A change at reserve also with stefan Nielsen on EL duty they've drafted in victor palovaara who was unbeaten from his 4 programmed rides on his last visit. Edinburgh at full strength for this one with the only change being the riding order with mark going to 2, fish to 4, Erik to 3 and Kevin to 5. Can see the Devils sneaking a win tomorrow night with palovaara being the match winner at reserve. Teams for Friday: Edinburgh 1. Sam Masters 2. Mark Riss 3. Erik Riss 4. Ryan Fisher 5. Kevin Wolbert 6. Max Clegg 7. Dan Bewley Plymouth 1. Brady Kurtz 2. Todd Kurtz 3. Sam Simota 4. Kyle Newman 5. Jack Holder 6. Victor Palovaara (G) 7. Ellis Perks
  3. Let's be honest here it was questionable in the first place that he was allowed to ride at number 7.
  4. Mitchell has lived over here for a good few years now and married to a weegie. Not exactly dodgy is it. The lad has spent the good part of 7 months and some good money to make him become a British citizen.
  5. Tai, Cook and Lambert will be 3/4. The last place will go to either Scott or Danny, but I think he'll go with Scott purely down to experience and more track knowledge. King done well last night purely down to the fact that a wet heavy track suited him down to tee, that and the fact he's been pretty pants most of the season.
  6. Agreed seems to be lacking some speed on every track at the moment.
  7. Personally thought the track wasn't as good as I've seen it in our last few visits. Looked like a lot of guys were struggling going into the corners especially the 3rd bend. Some looked like they were struggling to turn at times going in and picking up at times when they weren't expecting it.
  8. So one person isn't monarchs fans then is it. The press release isn't exactly wrong though he wasn't very good and Max is if the same opinion. So if the rider in question doesn't have a issue with it why should anyone else.
  9. Who has crucified him? All that was said was he wasn't very good last night and he agrees with what was said so i don't see what you're trying to achieve here.
  10. Ignore me having a moment. What I meant to say was we might of got a point or even a win.
  11. If the dutch Kid was riding i think we might of got more than a point, but unfortunately he wasn't and his replacement banged in paid 13. Really need max to score or even be competitive at least on the bigger tracks otherwise we are going to struggle like we did tonight. Fish didn't seem to be as quick as the last time either, can't complain about the rest all done their jobs well. Onto tomorrow then i suppose.
  12. So R/R at number 1 for the bandits now instead of NBJ.
  13. Not just the reserves though as Scotsman has said. Not having Riss away cost us a win as he would of got at least another 5 points than his R/R got.
  14. Could of sworn I typed local see these phones and there auto correct.
  15. Something I forgot to mention last night that I thought was great to see was a class from a local school I believe up in hospitality last night on a school trip. I believe they got a tour of the pits pre meeting, got to see all the bikes, a visit up to the referees box and got to watch a few races from the centre green also. Looked like they all had a great time, hopefully some return with their parents and become regulars.
  16. It seems they engines cookie got of Peter Johns seem to be working not to bad.
  17. If the weather plays ball. Hopefully we can keep it close enough tomorrow to get a point.
  18. Pretty solid night for most of the boys. Sam was different class, Erik was very good also apart from his last ride, Kevin solid as always, Mark has the speed just needs to find something that works from the starts and will be fine, Night to forget for the Fish seemed to get slower as the night went on. Max was good also unlucky in his second ride with fall other than that solid. Young dan just seems to get better and better with each lap he does great watching him develop. King was okay same applies for Barker. Risager hugged the white line all night for a solid return, Covatti deserved more than he got was great to watch giving it everything round the boards. Sarjeant (with his usual ride through the tapes) and the reserves were poor at best. Overall it was a good meeting not a great deal of passing but good close racing.
  19. Shame Alex ain't in charge anymore then ain't it.
