  1. A draw a fair result. It seem just now and hearing from a few of the boys that they feel like they have no home track advantage at the moment and it's to easy for the away sides at the moment to ride with it being so slick. Hopefully the track staff can address the problems that have been brought up and get the track back to it's normal standard of racing.
  2. Anyway onto the actual meeting. With us not performing at our best at the moment can see Glasgow getting a point. All depends what summers and bewley turns up for the tigers. That will decide how many league points they leave the dale with.
  3. Every home track has it's advantages for the home boys plus set ups so what's your point.
  4. Not at all just have no interest in debating with yourself.
  5. That's it it's our home track that's won us all they trophies we'll just forget all they away wins and points we've got on the road. Never mind.
  6. It's just a small seated area mainly aimed at familys. It's right at the entrance to the 3rd bend so your home comforts are safe.
  7. Cracking result for the boys. Shame we had such a weak side or we more than likely would of been coming away with a victory. Anyway it's another point on the board.
  8. Just our luck the German meeting the Riss brothers were supposed to be riding in has been rained off. Fantastic
  9. The records and stats over the recent years would state otherwise, but whatever floats your boat.
  10. Steve didn't have one bike. He bent his first first one and had to jump on his second that wasn't really set up for Armadale hence why he struggled. Wouldn't say we were fantastic again tonight but a lot better than last week and we'll need to better next Friday or we could be on the end of a defeat.
  11. Probably the best time to be facing us at the moment after two dodgy performances last friday and saturday. To add to that our star man at the moment Mark Riss won't be there as he is away at a GP qualifier and Berwicks Dany Gappmaier will replace him. Also not to sure if Josh will be riding either as we will make a late decision if he will ride or not after breaking 2 fingers at Glasgow on Saturday night. If not fit R/R will be used, which will weaken us even further. The comets will be without Craig Cook who is also away on GP qualifier duty and his place will be taken by one of the stars of our treble winning side in Steve Worrall. Could go either way this one but hopefully we can do enough to secure the win. Teams for friday: Edinburgh Sam Masters Josh Pickering or R/R Erik Riss Max Clegg Ricky Wells Dany Gappmaier (G) Mitchell Davey Workington Steve Worrall (G) Mason Campton Ty Proctor Adam Roynon Thomas Jorgensen Matt Williamson Rob Shuttleworth
  12. Nothing wrong with track conditions we were just hopeless. My only criticism is it's still a bit one lined and unless you move off it or make a mistake it's still very difficult to pass. Not that we were going to do any passing anyway mind you.
  13. A little bit yes. It's frustrating because we know what max is capable of scoring. Will dropping back to reserve maybe help him find that form again you would maybe hope so if not we could find ourselves in a bit of bother.
  14. Just as i thought we couldn't perform much worse from the previous night we some how manged it. Can't remember the last time i seen a Edinburgh side so bad out of the gate. Other than Mark Riss we were very poor. Hope Sams not feeling to sore this morning apparently his shoulder popped out then back in again. Fair play to the Tigers though can only beat what's in front of you and they certainly done that. Hopefully that's a wake up call for the boys. About as much as you enjoyed the football.
  15. If we perform tomorrow like we did tonight then we'll get pumped. But we have a habit of bouncing back rather well after performing poorly in the previous meeting so we'll just need to wait an see.
  16. Well our gating tonight was shocking couldn't make a start if our life depended on it. Took us 7 heats to even to get going even then we weren't that great. 4 points to defend but at least it's a lead. Good to see the majority of the team out after the meeting practising.
  17. Home boys at full strength for what is now the first leg. Richard Lawson I believe in for Josh G for the visitors. Hopefully we build a comfortable enough lead to take down for the 2nd leg
  18. Negative for us will be no Riss at reserve for the rerun of this match.
  19. Apparently jonas B Anderson is the guest for Josh G
