As Belle Vue would or be allowed to use a guest who average does not fit . -
What are you about ? you watched Speedway for years everyone knows that a guess booking is only for one night ....the rider or the club do not have to stick with that if the match night changes ...if Buck just like any other rider who can't ride because of the Swedish play off can be replaced by a guest who's average fits if that was Harris then so be it .
