Of course it does .its common sense that the better the standard the more fans who have stopped going would go again and the more people that come back the more likely that they will bring new fans with them .. I got no answers how we do it but if the only plan to keep droping the standard and have a mind set that we don't need top riders in the uk then the sport will carry on losing fans intill it's dead..

Of course that is why we don't have them anymore ...but that is not the question ..Someone on here is saying that big names won't bring in bigger crowds ...when you hear comments like that I don't know if I should laugh or cry .

Only speedway fans can think that star names won't makes the crowds bigger .it like saying that more people wont come to see mcg at darts ronnie O'Sullivan at snooker Messi at football etc .its no wonder speedway is in a mess if people have a mind set like that .it's simple fact as the standard has dropped so have the crowds it's not rocket science.

That is a matter of opinion ..Woffy gave out loads of reasons why he never rode etc etc they changed every week ...one of them is that he wanted to go on holiday in world cup week ..as has been pointed out if he stood by his beliefs how comes after not in the riding world cup he somehow wanted to ride in the world games a few weeks later so nothing had changed ?

What was going on in the last heat ? why did Woffy try to win it rather that trying to help Lambert ...as normal all about himself ...then after the race he's starts doing wheelies like we won . At least we can look forward to seeing him at the British Final on Monday

No one said that at all ..we had a second division supporter who said that the top division was crap .oddly enough in speedway it tends to be lower league supporters who think they are superior or have a chip of there shoulder like you .
