Not sure what your on about .The bottom line is woffy makes top 8's all the time against much harder oppo than the old days .

To be honest I doubt most people know or care about it ..another speedway myth that people are that worried about it . People kept on how important it was to have the same 1 to 7 each week and Swindon did that most weeks ..Did it help the crowds ? did the people who left come back ? not at all

Part of the skill of speedway is having the best equipment /set up's ..always has been always will be ..Top riders always had the best equipment

Not really .basically is the best riders in the world riding over a series of meetings that nearly always shows who the best rider is .The old format was a luck fest that ended up with a final that never had a chance of ever having the best 16riders in the world and always ended with 6 to 8 no hopers . it akin to a raffle most of the time .
