Depends what his remit it .. I expect his job is to pick the best side and get the best out of the people he's picked and that has been outstanding thus far remember he not getting paid 52 weeks of the year . The thing that is sad is about Woffy he had the power to do so much more in terms or riding here turning up at uk finals etc . His attitude been one of looking after himself and that is fair enough but if that is the case don't keep going on about this passion for uk speedway .

Bar the winning the world title for himself and turning up when he feels like for the World cup I can't think of everything ...what are these others things ?

No matter what you think of Rosco his record is outstanding at uk level and as the uk team manager ,, so not why you can't believe people think he should stay it's pretty clear .

it's a relevant question and the answer is Tai ..He puts little back into uk speedway when he could have done so much . it's pretty easy to see why people have a dig at him

Yet again just because they are good speedway does not mean they would any good as a Tm . Chris Morton was a great rider but one of the worst Team Managers of all time . Hans Nielsen one of the best Riders of all time has been hopeless with the Danes . As I said before Tai can bring his knowledge to the team as Captain but leave the rest to others who have done the job for years .,Unless we get it right at grass root level then no one Tai or Rosco will be bringing anyone to a new level .thou of course we were second last year a fact that has already been forgotten .

He's not correct about the riders giving it a miss as it's sub standard .. Given the money being more him and the others would be back in a shot . As i said before you won't see another rider not ride in his own league bar Tai .

How comes we never did before when Woffy was in the team then ? The last year before Rosco with Woffy in the side we were last in the race off .. I also might be wrong but I am sure we got to the final without him in the side . You could pick a million sports team who without a certain person would not have won or done well . Where do you want to start ?

Not lying to themselves at all ..his record as a team manager at club and world level is outstanding . Woffy had been in teams before when we have done bad . Woffy should be listened to as captain but as normal he tries to take over the whole place and undermine everyone . The botton line is Rosco has made every final and collected medals as well with a weak set of riders.

His actions has always showed zero passion for his nation .. start riding here and turning up at uk finals etc . his actions have ever shown one thing he cares about himself and his ego .

What planet have you been on ? Woffy has preety much concentrated on himself and hanged uk speedway .. He snubs the league the uk final and rides in his own land about twice a year .Woffy has always been about himself and to take pot shots at Rosco when he was in an impossible spot was as low as you could get . Woffy is one of greatest riders we have ever had but that does not mean your going to be a great team person great manager etc .

Another stupid comment .. The rules are known before the meeting just like they are in any other sport.. No doubt cricket fans were amazed when England won the cricket World Cup final last week after coming 4th in the league table .. How do you tell non football fans that Liverpool won the champions league when they never even champions . My brother is a non Speedway fan and understood it fine .

People have short memories .. Rosco record as GB manager has been outstanding before today We had two medals in the last two years . But now he has to go after having the best rider in the world missing and then having his other best riders carrying iinjuries . . Yet again just because Woffy is a great speedway rider does not mean he we be any good at running uk speedway of picking the side etc etc sport does not work like that .

Bit harsh on them .they did inform us that Russia won the ice world speedway on the same track when there was ice on it .

The crowds are Poor ...I know this have been spoken about but what is scary is the age of the crowd when you looked about . it's amazing how many of the crowd are oap's so you do wonder how bad it will get in the next few years with the lack of young people watching the sport

Asset and a rider who has top scored twice wow , Morris should be chopped no doubt about that but Jacob is shot and just gave up tonight .. he's been hopeless this year
