Sorry but I think this rule will hasten the demise of clubs as crowds are bound to drop again . Not sure why this will create a new pool of riders because bar a couple most of these are no hopers anyhow ..if you want to create a pool of home riders you do it at grass roots level not just put people like Steve Worral at a El club . Wait to Swindon fans see what riders they get and then start getting beat then your see that the fans won't get behind it .

The problem is that if you none of these are your assets and you get 7th or 8th pick and you end up with rubbish

As I said before unless your on fast bikes or a fast car you won't win nowt in Motor sport so in pure skill terms you can never be sure who the best is unlike other sports ...By the way I expect the time Murray spends in one match on court would Double the amount of Tai spends on track in one week . The fact that Speedway fans even try to put Speedway up against massive sports like Tennis shows how out of touch they are .

People know Athletes because it's important sport people know about Ainslie because the Americas cup and the story of the comeback was a massive worldwide event ,,People don't know about Tai because Speedway is view upon as load of rubbish so him winning it means nothing . Sure people knowing you before with help you out but yet again that is where Tai and speedway fall down

Be great, just get your worst rider to pretend he's hurt and bring in the better rider .

Even if you pick holes in the top ten there are loads more hi profile people who have missed out ..like Taylor ,Ronnie O'Sullivan and Froch to name but a few . Have you ? I told you before look at the tv stations and the newspapers the days after not just in the uk but worldwide then come back to Tai ...about 4 lines in the Daily Star if he was lucky . It was a world wide massive event and classed by many as the greatest sporting come back of all time ...you don't like it and what he done fair play but to the public and tv and press it was massive . Ben is a massive sorting hero in the Uk Tai is a no one outside speedway sad but true .

Most people rightly or wrongly voted for her hardly an a agenda . That is in your view ..others see it as him joining a team that was miles behind before making the greatest sporting comeback of all time ..you don't rate it but the public did .

Why do think the media give it publicity ? because the public do care about it hence why they never give Speedway any ..you could see the people in the press and TV's thinking to themselves lets run massive stories about Ben and Sailing tomorrow because no cares about it . Why do you think speedway get's no publicity ? because it's popular with the public ?
