Elite does mean the best and at this present time the best teams in the uk are all in the Elite League hence the name ....Tell me do the premier riders ride in the Premier league ? In Football do Messi and Co all play in the uk Premier league or is the name based on having the best teams in the uk . Your plan to have better riders and get bigger crowds sounds great the only trouble is that we already that and teams still went bust just like they do in Poland and Sweden .

Thou Brum were not a great team how can say they have not been a competitive side ...The matches ive watched they have more than competitive in fact ive really enjoy watching them .

?? where you when they were in the PL ..they lost a shed of money in that league as well . The bottom line is no matter what league there will never be enough fans to run speedway at Perry Bar unless Cradley ride there as the home side . To be fair to Brum they have tried it all .. cheap prices , they has a team that topped the table last year. also the track gives us great racing . to be honest bar the cradley plan there is nothing more that can be done

So can tell me what the crowd was v Kings lynn was when they ran on the night when England were in the Euro's two years back ? Cov lost a fortune that night . it's a massive difference between a normal game or when England are in a World cup or Euro torney match . Hence why only brain dead people run on the same night .

What running a speedway meeting that no one would go to and making a huge loss . Putting on a speedway meeting on the night of a England world cup match is madness .

Maybe because the crowd would be about 200 and they would lose about 15k .Ask cov and Horton about running a match on the same night as a England Match .
