Not sure about your last comment as I have already explained the Lions are not a top 4 side and they got extra income at the weekend because Swindon were chasing a play off spot . In a sport that has no Promotion or Relegation and no champion league spots to chase thou not ideal the play off are a must .

What meetings are Meaningless ? nearly all teams in some form or another are involved in matches that effect the play offs . If a team had the league won by june in a first past the post system then every match for every team would be meaningless . About 100 or so Swindon fans went to Leics on sat night because Swindon had a chance of making the play offs other wise most would not have done so if the match was a dead rubber .

Why were they never going to beat any of the sides in the play offs ? in the betting they were level with Poole come play off time . There is zero logic that were never going to beat any of the sides .in the play offs . Poole the biggest money club in the land has come top in the league and been beaten in the play more than once .

Been say a million times no one cares about a play off comp that involves no league title ...If one team had ran away with the league then the season would have been over for all teams come june meaning crowrds going down etc teams going bust . When does it say that ? we have been over this time and time again when any league like ice hockey uses the name Elite all it means it's the top division nothing more nothing less ..does the Elite League in Ice hockey have all the world greats in it ? I think not . Even in Football the Premier League name as it's the top league in the uk does not have Bale , Messi Jimmy etc in it . Or maybe they play in the Scottish Premier league ? I could go on and on . Unless there is another league in the uk that has better sides in it then it have already been proved it's the Elite .
