Before the rain it was a really decent meeting .

Any year pre play offs ...There is only 6 matches to be Ran in Oct now in the el ...how many do you think there was pre plays offs I expect it was 15 -20 .

What do they get in any other sport ? the more important the event the more money it costs as a rule not sure why speedway should be any different . Any final in any sport you tend to pay more money . Speedway clubs as a rule lose money so it's hardly a license to print money. i for one don't blame them trying to make money to clawed some of that back ...only in speedway would anyone bat a eyelid at a price increase for a final as it's just common practice .

Why are they out of touch ? all finals cost more money in every sport why should speedway be any different ?

October has been a lot drier than August in the last few years ..To be fair I not really seen any problem with how things have work out this year . They gave themselves 26 days to race 6 matches but for some reason people got into panic mode just because a match was called off a couple of times . Thou speedway got a lot of problems some of the moaning this year has reached crazy levels . I think the best one was when someone said the El was to Blame because Doyle had turned up late at Poole after being caught in a traffic jam . As for guests it's ok for people to moan about them but intill someone comes up with a better idea that works better then there is little point moaning about them . It will never be problem as there always 4 weeks to do 6 matches ...in the old days the league was settle in oct many times and I expect there was more than 6 matches to run then plus ko finals etc ..Rain at this part of the season in fact is more of a problem then that it is now as there was many more fixtures .

Spot on ..standard moaning about things you can't do much about and not giving any suggestions or how things could be better .. Sounds like he should join the forum . Hardly a eye opener more like same old same old .

Really good effort from all the 14 riders . Kings Lynn did have chances tonight to take the tie but just came up short . Looking forward to the final now and result like 2010

Newport v Swindon in a pl match some years ago when Rosco was at reserve for Swindon ...at least 20 re runs 5 track grades and around 4 and a half hours ...I think there might have been a junior match after as well .

Would be a good rule . To be fair it's very unlikely of it being able to happen as it has this year . Would be most odd if Harris and Garrity would to win the tie for Kings lynn only to face them in the final the next night . The biggest laugh is that if Kings Lynn get into the final there guests are likely to be Poole Riders 

He never said that at all ..he said riders that were already in the Final .

As they would have to talk to both teams Sky Staduim oweners etc etc .....it took time before all parties could agree a new date .it's not hard to follow . The Bottom line is that no one can do nothing about the rain not even Matt Ford .

What do you mean no plan ? The plan was to re run the meeting at the next date that the teams and stadium owners could agree on .. On those dates it's rained . What was your Plan ?

Really can't see how this match will be on Wednedsay or Thursday looking out the forcast . I expect the tie to be decided on the score of the first leg meaning Poole going into the final followed by 37 pages saying it's the end of speedway etc etc .

I expect only insiders know the in's and out on how much the costs are and who pays for them . The fact is intill this match is ran then the final is unlikely to happen no matter what dates cov book there stadium for .

Why ? there is 18 days to get 3 meetings in . Bad weather happens but there is no need to panic as there is plenty of time . I am amazed that people could even think there would be a neutral venue .Do people really think that Poole are going give up the gate money ? And who would paid for the hire of the stadium and the riders wages etc . I Understand these call offs are frustrating but we need to stay reasoned in our thinking .
