Asked me what ? what is the question ? people have given you the reasons why more people would go because the play offs over and over again ...when you have been asked why the crowds would flock if we removed them have you have not been able to give any reasons why or apply logic to why they would come back . No matter what the rules Speedway will always carry on in some format but let again I don't what that has got to with play offs ...I expect if Darts was not on tv for example people still play the game in the pub . As for the point about clubs staying in business any rule that is taken away than means less fans is likely to put clubs in with more chance of going out of business .. yet again that is just common sense

It's not me it's the majority of sports fans world wide ..that is why we have them in sport ....You not come up with one thing that links empty spaces to the play offs or one reason why fans would somehow rush back because we have them no more ..when you do let us all know .

I think it's common sense that more people are going go to matches that mean something than not ....you really don't need any stats to back that up ..you have to be very naïve to think otherwise Going on how speedway was and how fans used to act 20 years ago has no bearing on how the modern person or fan acts .

incorrect as has been pointed out there plenty of matches outside the playoffs that are worthwhile going to ..the whole system makes more worthwhile matches ....Why would a so called savy fan not go to a match that was important under the play offs rules but then go to the same match that has nothing riding on it once the play offs have been removed ? As has already been pointed out as well in all the other sports including speedway in Poland and Sweden hardly anyone has a problem with the play off system and it being credible so why would it be a problem in the uk ..yet again another only in uk speedway myth

As Rosco said to me having Ward in the side and making play offs with the extra tv money more than paid for ward wages ..so the answer to your question the plays offs have helped Swindon get bigger crowds overall last season . the matches you spoke about even if the crowds were quite low would have been even lower without Ward and the play offs .

You never saw the gates get better when Ward joined Swindon to help them get into the playoffs last year ? by all accounts they went up about 17 % ...how more of a recent example do you want ?

The play offs have not be proved to be broken thou ..the nl is a bad example as the riders ride for peanuts and the crowd is likely to stay the same
