  1. It all depends on which Zagar turns up. If its the version of him who is pretty much untouchable around Blunsdon then we are in trouble. If its 1 bike Zagar who is only there for his 3k pay cheque then we will hammer them.
  2. Who is saying we are disrespecting Hans? I can't see any Swindon fans doing that on any threads on here. He loves Swindon and we love him! I'm going to go against most Swindon fans on here and say we will win this meeting! A team of Coventry specialists will suit us and no matter how bad our team is we always win at Coventry at least once a year!
  3. There is no way we will finish below you lot. £50 charity bet on it?
  4. Morris quality again. Love watching Howarth. Full gas 100% trier all the time. Lindgren gets worse every time I see him at Blunsdon. Can't believe this is the same rider who was finishing above Leigh in the averages a few years ago. Wells on the other hand is improving plenty. Decent racing again.
  5. Hang on. I wasn't on his back. I simply reported that he was plop last night and had no interest in racing. Anyone who went last night knows those are the facts.
  6. He was plop. It was the manner of his last places which has probably annoyed people. Absolutely zero interest in racing once he got behind.
  7. I think the best thing about Lambert was that Howarth and Bomber both pulled hard overtaking moves on him and he just got on with it and traded places with Howarth in one and then nearly got Bomber back a couple of laps later. Seen too many riders bin it after moves like that or sulk at the end of the race. Good lad!
  8. Enjoyed that tonight. Loads of good racing and the best thing was that not one rider pussyed out and binned it after a hard move. Thought Lambert was worth more than his points total. His races with Howarth and Bomber were class. You won't see many better heat 15s than that either. At times last season Morris looked as though his bikes hadn't been put together properly and he couldn't ride them. Totally different story this year and he's just beaten Iversen 5 times in 2 nights. Class by the kid!
  9. Don't worry mate, i'm a grown man and even if it was negative towards me I can accept it! It would be very boring on here if we all had the same opinion! My main point is she posts nothing of any substance. Its just boring rubbish. There are a lot of people who post on here more frequently than her but their posts are worth reading. Simple thing to do is just block her I suppose. I guarantee I won't miss anything interesting!
  10. What absolute BS!!! I praised a lot of your fellow Coventry fans last year. I only had a problem with 3 of them (you, Champion and Sienna Ryan). Actually let me rephrase that. I only had a problem with 1 person!!!!! I even had a friendly £50 bet with SCB. And the only other negative comments I make are when I see the biased anti-Poole rubbish being posted by the usual suspects!
  11. This will probably be the stongest team we will field all season so home win.
  12. Jeez you are on our threads and all over our local speedway reporter on twitter. Do you ever do anything else except post about speedway everywhere?! Boys are just riding their averages down before Ward comes into the team in July!
  13. I'm sure Hans said he wasn't when he was guesting for Swindon the other week. Whether that was just that night I don't know. I agree with you though. Where is the incentive to race for Zagar if he's on guaranteed cash.
  14. Anyone in the know can answer this. Is Zagar on a guarantee? Speedway riders on guaranteed points money doesn't sit well with me.
  15. I bet you miss Sienna Ryan and Champion 2010 who always seemed to agree with you!!! Think you lot will smash em. Belle Vue will be normal Belle Vue this season.
  16. Reading this thread it would appear that Coventry have already won the league!!! Can't believe people are gloating about betting odds after 1 meeting!
  17. I live 2 miles from the track and the rain stopped at 9am and it was then pretty much dry all day until 6.30 when it peed down. If it had been called off at 9am then everyone would have been on here all day moaning that it was dry outside and it shouldn't have been off.
  18. To be fair I did predict he would be 14th this year as thought there was no way he would score less than Smolinski. So he proved me wrong this season.
  19. Cant see how it will make a difference. He cant gate regardless of how many sponsors he has! Batch had even less time to prepare this year but hes improving every round whereas Bomber is going backwards at GP level. I hope you are right though. Ive got nothing against Bomber. I love a trier in all sports. Would rather a trier than a better rider who gives up when he dont gate. But to me the year he finished in the top 8 was the peak of his GP career and there is no chance it will happen again.
  20. The fact Kildemand is 7 points behind him in this GP series shows you that he doesnt deliver. Fair play to him tonight but we all know he will be 15th next year.
  21. So far this year you have wanted SG, Morris, Dak, Greaves and now Killer sacked all based on watching bet365 or reading updates like tonight. I think you are clueless to be honest. No one in their right mind wouldnt want Killer back at Swindon. Well said. Thing is its a so called Swindon fan slating him!!
  22. I find all this anti Woffy stuff baffling. We have a rider who is current world champ and is making a great fist of defending it. Hes stayed loyal to our league. 2 time British champ. He can gate or he can pass so as a rider he has it all. And to top it all off hes raising 100k for a British charity.WTF is wrong with people. He took a tiny amount of dirt from under a fence and one of the people who he pays to work for him dared to bring him a bike so now hes a diva with an out of control ego. Some people are absolutely pathetic. We as British speedway fans should be celebrating someone like him. He knew he had the talent but his attitude was all wrong so he put it right and stopped the sh1te and now hes world champ. Hes an example to endless other British riders with a bit of talent but who will go nowhere in the sport for various reasons.
