It's clear to me that Swindon have deliberately lost 10 away meetings in a row knowing that Somerset will be desperate to race against us in the play offs meaning they will beat Belle Vue away on Wednesday. The deliberate 10 away defeats also means a huge crowd for the home meeting with BV. Absolute masterstroke by the management to plot it so it all goes down to the last week.

After losing at Swindon, where everyone decent wins, and the 3 meetings with Somerset and KL tonight, I can't see anyone fearing Poole in the play offs.

I fancied KL to win the league after watching them at Swindon at the start of the season and then I thought mid season they had no chance. Now Im thinking I was right all along!!

As much as I love a dig at the Poole track, the adver speedway reporter has tweeted that it was the best meeting he had been to in years. Poole too strong for us and the consistent inconsistency of the top 5 continues. Not good enough for the play offs so we will finish where we deserve to be and that's 6th. There will be no choking in the play offs this year. 4 evenly matched teams for once and it's anyone's. Will be great for a neutral to watch!
