Nice to hear positive comments from neutrals. I think us Swindon fans had got used to the gate and go on the old track so one decent race a night would be an improvement!! But its been nice to see comments from visiting fans after the last 2 matches.

Its hard to say really. TR and JC were absolute class and that made it tough for Leigh to win the world title. But at the same time do you ever remember him having incidents like Nicki P where he was hard on people and got away with it. Maybe he was lacking a bit in that way. But what a legend!!! Seeing him every week at the Abbey was an absolute treat.

No one will ever replace Adams as my favourite Robin of all time. But Doyley led us to the title in 2017 with a top performance in the away leg at Wolves. This year he has won us numerous points. He's doing a top job in my eyes and long may it continue.

Had to miss last night due to lack of childcare cover! Knew it would be a close one if im not there. What was the crowd like? Doyley has had a few low scores this season by his high standards but when he has been needed this season he has generally done the biz. Won a fair few heat 15s when we need to win the meeting or take a point. That will do me nicely for a number 1 and it's a massive difference from last season and that cost us.

You would hope so but I just get the impression the stadium owners know speedway is on its @rse in this country and the longer they can delay it then the more likely it is there won't be a decent level of speedway left in this country and it will be a lot easier to sell the land for housing.

The Swindon revamp apparently cost 50k so can't see many clubs doing it even if they were allowed to by the stadium owners.

Yeah I like Shov and find his banter amusing. Can't understand why people get so wound up about it. From a Swindon point of view its been a let down away from home but for the first time in years I actually look forward to going now the track has improved loads. From a general point of view for the whole league, its interesting as have no idea who will win it. Poole are solid no doubt and if Holder and Kurtz are going well at PO time then think they are probably the team to beat. Can't see them picking us if we get there though so would guess our PO will be against Ipswich.

They are favourites when anyone challenges him about Poole but massive underdogs during every preview.

Reminds me of an Eastbourne Swindon cup tie a few years back where the Dugards were causing rubbishe and it all went ** up for them in heat 15 at Swindon in the decider! Don't really remember a better atmosphere at Swindon ever!

Thought it was a bit dry and slick last night Sid. Made passing tough. Probably as a result of the over watering last week which caused the delay! Becker was very impressive I thought. Rarely seen a newcomer look as good as that so quickly.

I have felt the same frustrations with Swindon all year. We are on a good run at home but away form has been awful and with our top 5 we should be getting more. Still be between us 2 for last place in the play offs. People going on like KL signing Porsing is some sort of miracle signing. Just remember him being poo and massively overrated. Swindon or Wolves for the last place.

No it would be handy if you kept him until the end of the season so we can use him at reserve next year!
