Totally agree - anymore about Sheffield and it will seem like we've been to Hel'n'Back! (winking smiley)

Charles Wright??

23.5 hours it seems!!

Who would the Diamonds prefer in the play offs? Lions or Bears? You could take the advice of Hans and 'do a Swindon'

If you are comparing Maassens night to a bad day at the office try this - He turned up without his shirt and tie and only one pen which ran out when he tried to write his first report. He tried to borrow another only to find that his colleague had been sent home sick and no other was available.

Gotta feel sorry for Olly Allen. Its getting to the point when the programme will be pre printed with fell - withdrawn when he visits Foxhall. Wells - brilliant (Barker guest possible?) Compton - competitive Albin - solid Lambert - wanted to mix it and got very unlucky Maassen - doesnt really deserve a mention

If the deal was 15 meetings then there should be a 15th or you should get a partial refund IMO. I havent bothered with a season ticket for a number of years. Miss a couple of weeks with hols or sickness and you are out of pocket.

Details on the Witches website re coach travel for this months final. Seats are £43 each. How does that compare with Diamonds offering?

Id be delighted to see the Witches get within 10 points. Picking up a consolation point would be a remarkable effort.

even by your usual low standards thats way off the end of the stupidity scale.

As with many of these meetings where it appears it should be one sided you hope that the visitors turn up with some fire in yheir bellies. If the Tigers can make some starts that will test the Witches and make for a much better meeting. I expect 55 points from the Witches.

I agree that horses for courses has the advantage for me.

If you look at the non Thursday and non play off team options he is as good as any surely.

I am hearing Klindt is the first choice option.

Probably the same visa issues as others also. I believe if you didnt have one issued prior to the old one expiring then you have to wait 12 months before you can reapply.

Yeah all of them! I just couldnt be ar$ed to type them all out! lol

I had a bit of an anorak moment and done a few sums. There is not much to choose from!

Fisher I think would have to be on his elite average conversion under the current guest rules as he isnt riding Prem this year.

We would have up to 5.71 for EL average. Of the list Bash produced I think only Wolbert is under that. Bobby M is too!!

Ricky Wells but then you have the problem of Thursdays! Josh Auty is a possiblity.

I think the biggest shame if/when Woofy wins is that some will delight in diminishing his acheivement claiming it was only down to injuries to others. That would be far from the truth IMO. Not withstanding the fact that despite his position comfortably ahead of Hampel and Pedersen it is not unassailable. He still has work to do.

I can see the jist of the arguement - if the speedway was cheaper perhaps more would attend. If 3000 turned up at £10 that would be better than the current 1200 at £15.50. However the bangers are less frequent and these 'bumper crowds' are for Id gues 3 or 4 of the meetings each year and not weekly for a 7 month period like the speedway.

Thanks Abbott -presumably fractions higher at next decimal place. Shame the BSPA dont show rides/points as before on declarations.

The hyper extension of his right leg looked horrible - there is bound to be some ligament damage at best. Hope it is not as bad as first reported. Most would want Tai to win the title but not because of something like this.

Which of the 2 on the same average is elligible for the r/r ride?
