and by all accounts Rohan is very lucky to be walking!! The effects of a head injury should not be underestimated. When Poole do something questionable some quite rightly jump on it - Rohans injury position IMO isnt one of those situations.

That figure of just under 1000 seems to be the norm unfortunately - Eastbourne quoted as similar recently also. No club can afford to lose any off that number and those that do make the extra effort deserve any reward they get.

I can see you point re Richie but believe you have many more positives yhan negatives. You may well have slipped a few points in 13 + 15 but how many gained in 2 8 12 + 14?

Come off it - the average situation has allowed you to build stronger. Worrall was a 9 point rider in 6 point clothing which meant you could have 4 7 pointers to fill the top 5 rather than another 4 pointer. This also meant that when you have had r/r it has been easier to cover than usual. And finally also because of this the sensational progress of Kerr has stayed at reserve when with that extra 4 pointer he wouldve moved up. Id say you have gained more than lost from Richies starting average.

I have a way to help you feel better about this WK. In the GP threads you bang the drum for qualifers only. So if you think of the league system and play off groups as qualifers then you get the rightful finalists.

and there in lies the problem for British Speedway. If Adam who is seen as one of the brightest prospects the country has is finding sponsors difficult to find then its easy to understand why all are struggling. Best of luck to Adam wherever he is next year and for securing some good back up over the winter.
