all protests about team line ups have to be made before the meeting starts now. No riding under protest anymore.

Just had a message from a mate that he has heard Gino has left hospital and is basically OK but will miss Plymouth tomorrow.

It was right for changes to be considered. When the team is 1.7 below the limit and there are less than convincing performances it would be silly not to think about it. However equally you only make changes if you think it will be an improvement. Obviously things were left as they are because it was considered what we have was the best option and that has been proved correct. All credit to the team for the way they have responded and for the faith shown by the management to allow them to prove it. Looking forward to a big month of similar performances and an exciting finale to the season. Uo the Witches!

We really have been lucky in sunny Suffolk - all fixtures comfortably completed including having been part of the larger LC group and in KOCup semi. Also had blank dates in June and in August with no meeting!! Do agree that the extra fixtures are silly and should be dropped as much because it just doesnt make sense to have an uneven fixture list as the potential for congestion.

First meeting for Rohan at No1. I really do think he can break the curse!! RW swaps to 5 and again I see only positives for him. I think we will see the real Richie W in the last few weeks. From what I hear there is plenty of advice offered. Sometimes its taken sometimes not. Sometimes it works sometimes not. Certainly one rider was resisting advice to change gearing from last years tried and tested set up for the early part of the year but has now switched with very positive results.

They kept making an issue of the side leading calling it off - surely its the side who are behind that have to agree to call it off???

Good solid win for the Witches. Decent meeting with plenty of commited racing. Richie H getting a crap one out of his system ready for the play offs.

The points we lose with Adam missing will balance the fact that I dont expect Stead to be as dominant so I expect just a bit larger margin than Thursday. Will go with 56-38.

given that the deadline day for team changes will have been and gone I would expect all facilities granted from here on would be to the end of the season rather than just 28 days.
