not disputing any of that.It is best that the club does run to the bugdet it can afford and make deals that safeguards the stability for yhe future. I was not claiming any deal was not good enough un relation to the norm - I know no more than anyone on that score - just that the cost ls for a young rider are huge. Without decent outside backing it is very difficult. Unfortunately Joe like many others cant make it add up which is a shame but thats the reality of life. -

it seems Joe didnt think the deal he was offered was enough for him to manage with. A great shame that again a young Brit cant make it pay. -

he has now! So we get the rider with GP experience and the Brit with a foreign name. Mixed feelings for me. Covatti should murder his 4.2 average from reserve and has to give any justification for dropping Adam. Stefan is almost the forgotten talent. Two years ago many were expecting him in our side and we had the surprise of Adam instead. SA second chance for him to make a real step forward. he has now! Since then he has stalled a bit.A second chance for him to make a real step forward. This side, unlike previous starting line ups, wont get the favourites tag IMO. Should provide real racing entertainment though and surely thats what its all about in the end. -

Do they class Germany as a professional league? Even Denmark didnt count for Brady Kurtz. Perhaps go for the best of both and sign a Brit with a foreign name! -

Given Palm Toft managed 5.2 supposedly only because of the format etc then no rider joining the EL on an assesed average should be given less than 5.5. If they are not better than Palm Toft they should be in the EL IMO. -

Morten should score well at Plymouth which ironically may make it more difficult for him to fit back in. Expect him to be the bonus point king of the west! All the best agent Risager!! wink -

even hard copy evidence/confirmation can become out of date. Ask someone how much stamp duty they would pay on their house move a week ago ( and they could well have it in writing from a solicitor) and it will be different to what they actually pay this week. The government changed the rules - sound familiar?? -

The next question of course is do those that originally came in on a 5 and did achieve that now have to get to 7 to be sure of renewal? -

I made a similar point on the worky thread. It was said in reply that Campton was granted a 2 year visa at the start of 2014 so is OK for 2015. If he fails to meet the requirement in 2015 then he may well have a problem in 2016. -

Dont quite see that but agree a good chance he will improve on his last attempt. Gives the Monarchs the chance to keep the stronger top end options so would expect it to be good for you guys. -

I dont buy this one. Even IF they werent present, which I would find unlikely, I would very much doubt that the only communication they woukd receive is the standard press release. Surely promotions would be provided with detailed minutes and/or a full summary of agreed changes? -

Id say its impossible to say if he is wrong given we dont know who the alternative is and why it may be a better choice for the club. Personally I am disappointed that Adam has potentially had his place in the team taken by a non British newcomer. That is no sleight on whoever comes in if the planned line up does indeed go ahead. They will be a Witch and I will want them to be successful. However I have stated many times I believe PL reserve berths should be British only and the aim should be at least 4 Brits each team. Idealistic? Yes. Realistic? Perhaps not immediately but unless you start somewhere you end up going nowhere.
