we dont even know whether the club actually has a sponsor certificate yet.If not then applications cant even be considered evrn if the criteria are met.

does the rule state who has the say in the arrangement?Is it the EL club? Is that specifically in the reg? The 'arrangement' could be rider choice if not.

At Foxhall there is invariably a statement made that " the meeting is now officially closed" Presumably any practice after that isnt affected as it would not be classed as part of the meeting.

Id expect the Aussies to plan their state finals a bit differently in future - no more foreigners , potentially limit out of state riders even.They will ensure every one that needs to gets the right position.
