On the ref decisions - Aside from Gino in heat 1 I thought all the others were the right call. The Rohan one was closer to 50/50 perhaps but still right IMO. I know nothing of 'arm pump' - is it purely a physical reaction or can there be a stress/pressure related ekement too??

With all due respect it wasnt so much that Berwick won as Ipswich simply throwing it away. Inept and inadequate at times, mistake after mistake.
