Actually disagree with that Superblue - if you genuinely feel so strongly I think you should make a stand even it it is outside normal acceptable means.

I havent said thats what happened it was just to hypothesise.... Lets face it theres been plenty of 'jackanory' from both sides about this and the other incidents from this one! Wilko may well be relieved as his incident has largely slipoed under the radar... Another conundrum - is a failed attack that is subsequently over shadowed by other events unfolding better or worse than a 'successful' attempt with no intent? Any video of that by the way?

Ive made this point before about reopening the throttle... When Rohan realises he is heading towards Auty what should he do? At the point of no return if he shuts of he shoots forward. If he grabs a handful he has a chance to turn it tighter and miss Josh - unfortunately that didnt work. Just a thought......

I liked this post because I think its important to have consistency. The one counter point I would set out is 2 wrongs dont make a right. Perhaps Masters shouldve been banned for his intentional attack. In which case if Rohans move was intentional then a ban would be justified. cant argue with that - also a few innocent locked away. It will all come down to the SCB panel making the decision about the intent IMO. If they decide they have no doubt that there was intent then I would expect a ban to follow - even though that would be inconsistent with the Masters situation. Rohans action was not deliberate - I am as sure as I can be he had no intention of knocking Josh off. I can understand why those against him question his statement but the video is inconclusive. Only Rohan really knows and he is adament there was no intent. The SCB ruling should only be about the intent - injury to Josh should not influence the verdict. Which action is worse - intent with no real injury (Bjerre/Masters) or no intent but unfortunate injury? (Rohan/Josh)

Any win will do for me. Glasgow are certainly good enough to trouble us so any weak link could leave us vunerable. Heres hoping for a solid all round performance.

that raises a vood point.. What level of proof does an SCB inquiry require? Presumably not beyond reasonable doubt like a criminal case but more likely a balance of probability basis - like being the prime cause of the stoppage in speedway speak.

Any update on Autys condition? Any news as to when the SCB inquiry is taking place?

Could be a real cracker. Witches have done much better at OTA on recent visits so that builds up hope for a point. However in the back of your mind you know how sometimes the Rebels can really turn it on at home and steamroller anyone.

Bruised but nothing broken was what i heard. Not sure how long his recovery period is expected to be.

The enquiry by the SCB should be before the next Witches meeting so everyone can then just get on with it whatever their decision.

and to say he could/shouldve shut off on bend 4 as he had no chance is absurd!Race to the finish always IMO - Davies may have ef of drop a chain and then how siily would Rohan look if had shut off turn 4! Still too much doubt for me from what ive seen. Now if we had the Halifaxtiger angle video it might be more conclusive.....

the heater was just the final straw where he still hadnt calmed down many minutes later.The original incident in the pits. We were all shocked when he was thrown out of the meeting. All of the comments were guesswork and assumptions in that case due to there being no video and very few seeing the original incident and none the part in tge changing rooms.

i was ready to give Rohan both barrels if the pictures matched the words but genuinely dont think they do.On updates from the initial descriptions myself Baldy and others roundly condemned his actions. Now it looks liked the pudding had been severely over egged. Now Rohan MAY have meant it - only he really knows - but from those videos there is nothing conclusive enough to not give him the benefit of the doubt IMO.
